【摘要】：本文通過對高密市文獻(xiàn)資料的分析,吸收前輩著名學(xué)者的研究成果,對高密市改革開放后私營經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r作了詳細(xì)的研究和分析,對高密市私營經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展情況做了初步研究。 本文依照時間順序和邏輯順序分五部分,每一部分都是為下一部分作鋪墊,環(huán)環(huán)相扣,順理成章。 緒論主要介紹高密概況,包括高密市的歷史沿革、地理位置、生態(tài)環(huán)境、自然資源、行政區(qū)劃等基本概況。 第一章探討中共十一屆三中全會后高密市私營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的兩個階段,概述了這兩個階段高密市私營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況。 第二章主要分析這兩個階段高密市私營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距如此之大的原因。最后得出第二階段由于國家在政策上落實(shí)到位、解決資金、改善交通狀況、重視人才、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)意識和加強(qiáng)精神文明建設(shè)、改善經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境方面做出的努力使高密市的私營經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展起來。 第三章主要研究高密市私營經(jīng)濟(jì)的作用和存在的問題,并結(jié)合一些案例加以分析。 第四章,主要從理論上來分析高密市私營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 最后一部分是文章的結(jié)語部分。 本文采取的研究方法是,論從史出,依據(jù)可靠的一手資料,進(jìn)行理論分析。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the literature of Gaomi City and absorbing the research results of the famous scholars, this paper makes a detailed study and analysis on the development of the private economy after the reform and opening up in Gaomi City. The development of private economy in Gaomi City has been preliminarily studied. This paper is divided into five parts according to the order of time and logic, each part is to pave the way for the next part. The introduction mainly introduces the general situation of Gaomi, including the history, geographical location, ecological environment, natural resources, administrative divisions and so on. The first chapter discusses the two stages of private economy development in Gaomi after the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, and summarizes the development of private economy in Gaomi. The second chapter mainly analyzes the reasons why the gap between private economy development in Gaomi city is so large. Finally, it is concluded that the second stage is due to the implementation of the national policies, the solution of funds, the improvement of traffic conditions, the importance of talents, the transformation of economic awareness and the strengthening of the construction of spiritual civilization. Efforts to improve the economic environment have led to the rapid development of the private sector in Gaomi. The third chapter mainly studies the role and existing problems of private economy in Gaomi City, and analyzes some cases. The fourth chapter, mainly from the theoretical analysis of Gaomi private economy development experience. The last part is the conclusion of the article. The research method adopted in this paper is theoretical analysis based on reliable primary data from history.
