【摘要】：建國(guó)初期,武漢成為中南五省的政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)中心,在將“消費(fèi)城市”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤吧a(chǎn)城市”口號(hào)的指導(dǎo)下,武漢郊區(qū)的蔬菜生產(chǎn)得到恢復(fù)和發(fā)展。 本文的總體思路是：城市經(jīng)濟(jì)組成部分頗多,但學(xué)界對(duì)近代以來(lái)郊區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的聯(lián)系方面關(guān)注不多,所僅見(jiàn)的部分成果也極零散片面。建國(guó)初期,武漢市區(qū)的蔬菜消費(fèi)需求不斷增加,加之郊區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)主義改造的要求,政府開(kāi)始對(duì)郊區(qū)的蔬菜種植進(jìn)行有組織地計(jì)劃生產(chǎn),通過(guò)產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)結(jié)合的方式滿足城市的消費(fèi)需求,1959年郊區(qū)蔬菜生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展一方面是在“大躍進(jìn)”的推動(dòng)下實(shí)現(xiàn)的,但同時(shí)也是中共早已積累的“種菜備荒”經(jīng)驗(yàn)的體現(xiàn)。與此相應(yīng),政府開(kāi)始在城市對(duì)蔬菜銷(xiāo)售系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行社會(huì)主義改造,推行蔬菜包銷(xiāo),但政府很快發(fā)現(xiàn)蔬菜難以統(tǒng)一計(jì)劃分配,故于1956年開(kāi)放自由市場(chǎng)；但蔬菜供銷(xiāo)領(lǐng)域的社會(huì)主義改造并未就此停止,反而隨著政治運(yùn)動(dòng)的起伏而反復(fù)。但無(wú)論如何,城市蔬菜行業(yè)的社會(huì)主義改造和日常供應(yīng)為城市的社會(huì)整合和日常生活起到了極大的作用。 全文共分三個(gè)部分：第一部分為緒論,介紹相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究情況。第二部分為正文部分,共分三章：第一章以蔬菜種植為主,分論政府政策、組織變遷和1950年代郊區(qū)蔬菜種植的一般情況,最后簡(jiǎn)要介紹城區(qū)的蔬菜種植情況；第二章論述城市的蔬菜供應(yīng),在簡(jiǎn)要介紹解放前的蔬菜供應(yīng)形式后,對(duì)建國(guó)初期蔬菜供應(yīng)所采取的合同制形式、蔬菜運(yùn)輸、供應(yīng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的設(shè)置進(jìn)行論述,然后分論蔬菜的調(diào)入調(diào)出和貯存加工；第三章論述了蔬菜市場(chǎng)的銷(xiāo)售狀況,首先介紹蔬菜市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售形式的變遷,進(jìn)而分析建國(guó)初期政府對(duì)蔬菜市場(chǎng)的行政和物價(jià)管理等內(nèi)容。第三部分為結(jié)語(yǔ)部分。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, Wuhan became the political and economic center of five central and southern provinces. Under the guidance of transforming "consumer city" into "production city", vegetable production in the suburbs of Wuhan was restored and developed. The general idea of this paper is that there are many parts of urban economy, but the academic circles pay little attention to the relationship between suburban economy and urban economy since modern times, and some of the results they have only seen are extremely scattered and one-sided. In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the demand for vegetable consumption in Wuhan's urban areas was increasing. In addition, in addition to the demands of the socialist transformation of rural agriculture, the government began to plan the production of vegetables in the suburbs in an organized way. The development of vegetable production in the suburbs of 1959 was realized under the impetus of "Great Leap forward", but it was also the embodiment of the experience of "planting vegetables and preparing for desolation" already accumulated by the Communist Party of China. Accordingly, the government began to carry out the socialist transformation of the vegetable marketing system in the city, and implemented the vegetable marketing system. However, the government soon found it difficult to plan the distribution of vegetables, so it opened the free market in 1956. But the socialist transformation of vegetable supply and marketing has not stopped, but with the ups and downs of the political movement. However, the socialist transformation and daily supply of urban vegetable industry have played a great role in the social integration and daily life of the city. The paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the introduction, introducing the research situation in related fields. The second part is divided into three chapters: the first chapter focuses on vegetable planting, including government policy, organizational changes and the general situation of vegetable cultivation in the suburbs of 1950s. Finally, it briefly introduces the situation of vegetable planting in urban areas; The second chapter discusses the vegetable supply in the city. After introducing the vegetable supply form before liberation, the paper discusses the contract form of vegetable supply, vegetable transportation and the establishment of supply network in the early period of the founding of the people's Republic of China. Secondly, it discusses the input and export of vegetables and the storage and processing of vegetables. The third chapter discusses the sales situation of vegetable market, first introduces the change of vegetable market sales form, and then analyzes the administration and price management of vegetable market in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. The third part is the conclusion.
