國(guó)民同盟會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)研究

【摘要】：19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初,日本民間出現(xiàn)眾多結(jié)社團(tuán)體,這些結(jié)社團(tuán)體對(duì)日本政府的對(duì)外方針、政策、理念的制定和出臺(tái)起到了不可低估的作用。國(guó)民同盟會(huì)作為一個(gè)民間結(jié)社團(tuán)體,以其“保全支那、扶掖朝鮮”的口號(hào)為幌子進(jìn)行政治運(yùn)作,并于義和團(tuán)運(yùn)動(dòng)爆發(fā)后到日俄戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)前這段時(shí)間,在國(guó)內(nèi)反對(duì)親俄的伊藤博文內(nèi)閣,對(duì)外積極抵制俄國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)東北的侵略,號(hào)召日本政府對(duì)俄強(qiáng)硬。在國(guó)民同盟會(huì)的積極努力下,日本外交從日俄協(xié)調(diào)走向英日同盟,并在事實(shí)上構(gòu)建了英美日三國(guó)同盟,大大改變了日本國(guó)際地位,改善了日本的國(guó)際形象,俄國(guó)因此不得不簽署從東三省撤兵的條約。但國(guó)民同盟會(huì)反對(duì)俄國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)東北的侵占并不是真的為了“保全支那”,究其根本,其是希望日本取俄國(guó)而代之,其理念之根本是為大陸政策服務(wù),其行動(dòng)之目的是為日本能夠在中國(guó)謀取更大的國(guó)家利益。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, many association groups appeared in Japan, which played an important role in the formulation and introduction of the Japanese government's foreign policy, policy and concept. The National Union, as a non-governmental association organization, operated under the guise of "preserve **, help the DPRK" and operated under the guise of "preserving the **, helping the DPRK", and the period between the outbreak of the Boxer Movement and the outbreak of the war between Japan and Russia. In the domestic opposition to the pro-Russian Itoboven cabinet, actively boycotted Russia's aggression against northeast China, and called on the Japanese government to be tough on Russia. With the active efforts of the National Alliance, Japan's diplomacy moved from coordination between Japan and Russia to the Anglo-Japanese alliance, and in fact formed the alliance of Britain, America and Japan, which greatly changed Japan's international status and improved Japan's international image. Russia therefore had to sign a treaty to withdraw troops from the three eastern provinces. However, the National League's opposition to Russia's invasion of northeast China is not really aimed at "preserving **." the fundamental reason is that it wants Japan to take over Russia and replace it, and its basic idea is to serve the mainland policy. Its aim is to enable Japan to pursue greater national interests in China.
