【摘要】：漢口自古以來就是商業(yè)重鎮(zhèn)之一。國(guó)民黨統(tǒng)治時(shí)期,漢口作為重要經(jīng)濟(jì)城市,其地位是十分重要的。解放后,作為武漢三鎮(zhèn)之一的漢口百廢待興,形勢(shì)復(fù)雜。如何接管這座城鎮(zhèn),是擺在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨面前的一個(gè)重要任務(wù)。這一階段,根據(jù)中共中央的指示,對(duì)金融業(yè)的接管成為中共整個(gè)接管工作的重要一環(huán),而武漢金融業(yè)主要構(gòu)成部分在漢口,因此,對(duì)金融業(yè)的接管主要是對(duì)漢口金融業(yè)的接管。 本文主要分為四個(gè)部分來探討這一階段的歷史。第一部分主要分為解放前后兩個(gè)階段。第一階段是對(duì)解放前夕漢口金融業(yè)復(fù)雜的狀況作一個(gè)比較具體的介紹。解放前夕,漢口金融業(yè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入混亂狀態(tài),如何接手這么一個(gè)亂攤子,是擺在中共面前的一道難題。第二階段是解放初期中共的一系列接管工作,主要是接管機(jī)構(gòu)和接管政策兩方面。第二部分是介紹漢口金融業(yè)的公私合營(yíng),主要是漢口金融業(yè)公私合營(yíng)的過程。第三部分主要圍繞勞資關(guān)系展開,勞資關(guān)系是當(dāng)時(shí)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨城市接管工作中的一個(gè)重點(diǎn),直接關(guān)系到接管工作的成敗,因此,這一部分主要分析中共協(xié)調(diào)勞資關(guān)系的工作。第四部分,主要是分析三反五反運(yùn)動(dòng)中金融業(yè)運(yùn)行狀況以及運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)漢口金融業(yè)的影響。 結(jié)語部分主要是通過對(duì)本文四個(gè)部分的總結(jié),分析中共接管漢口金融業(yè)的決策過程。
[Abstract]:Hankou has been one of the most important commercial towns since ancient times. During the period of Kuomintang rule, Hankou, as an important economic city, was very important. After liberation, Hankou, as one of the three towns in Wuhan, was full of waste and complex situation. How to take over the town is an important task facing the CPC. At this stage, according to the instructions of the CPC Central Committee, the takeover of the financial industry has become an important part of the whole takeover of the CPC, while the main component of the Wuhan financial industry is in Hankou, so the takeover of the financial industry is mainly the takeover of the Hankou financial industry. This paper is divided into four parts to explore the history of this stage. The first part is divided into two stages before and after liberation. The first stage is to make a more specific introduction to the complex situation of Hankou financial industry on the eve of liberation. On the eve of liberation, Hankou financial industry has entered a state of chaos, how to take over such a mess is a problem facing the CPC. The second stage is a series of takeover work of the Communist Party of China in the early period of liberation, mainly in two aspects: the take-over institution and the take-over policy. The second part is the introduction of Hankou financial industry public-private joint venture, mainly the process of Hankou financial industry public-private joint venture. The third part mainly focuses on the labor relations, which is a key point in the takeover of the Communist Party of China at that time, which is directly related to the success or failure of the take-over work. Therefore, this part mainly analyzes the coordination of the labor relations of the Communist Party of China. The fourth part mainly analyzes the operating state of financial industry and its influence on Hankou financial industry in the three-anti-five anti-movement. The conclusion part is mainly through the summary of the four parts of this paper, analyzes the decision-making process of the Chinese Communist Party taking over the financial industry of Hankou.
