抗戰(zhàn)時期英國侵藏急先鋒古德評析——兼與國民政府駐藏人員比較

【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時期,作為反法西斯重要盟國的中英兩方理應在西藏問題上"和諧"處理,但令人寒心的是,具體藏務執(zhí)行者英國駐錫金政務官古德反而趁中國抗日,步步緊逼西藏親漢派和國民政府,損害中國對西藏的管控。古德久居要職十年,因用人機制和傳統(tǒng)的差異,國民政府方面幾無與古德爭鋒始終的對手。當然古德的勝出絕非僥幸,其藏務工作思維和方式講究敏捷、全面、精致,深諳公關社交藝術,將"情感攻勢"發(fā)揮到極致。古德為此成為中國抗戰(zhàn)時期英國侵藏非常重要的急先鋒之一。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japanese aggression, China and Britain, as important allies against fascism, were supposed to handle the Tibet issue "in harmony", but it was chilling that the specific Tibetan executive, British Administrative Officer in Sikkim, Goodd, took advantage of China's resistance to Japan. Step-by-step pressure on the pro-Han and national governments in Tibet, undermining China's control of Tibet. Because of the difference of employment mechanism and tradition, Gude had few rivals in the national government. Of course, Goodman's victory is not a fluke, his Tibetan work thinking and way to pay attention to agile, comprehensive, refined, deep understanding of public relations social arts, will "emotional offensive" to the extreme. Goodall therefore became one of the most important pioneers of the British invasion of Tibet during the Chinese War of Resistance.
