【摘要】：清咸豐十一年十月,慈禧令儒臣開館"恭修《文宗顯皇帝實錄》"。文宗實錄館開館后,首先是選拔監(jiān)修總裁、總裁、副總裁以及史館提調等高層管理者,這些人中有的素有史才、史德,且對實錄纂修工作孜孜乾乾,態(tài)度恭謹敬業(yè),在《文宗顯皇帝實錄》書法、體例、事跡編纂方面獨具只眼,在館務管理方面積極任事、忠于職守。編纂主體基本能肩荷史館重任,在實錄、圣訓、《籌辦夷務始末》編纂中恪盡職守。文宗實錄館的平時恩賞、議敘亦較他館為優(yōu),其造成的影響亦是多方面的。
