江蘇省貧下中農(nóng)協(xié)會(huì)研究

【摘要】：江蘇省貧下中農(nóng)協(xié)會(huì),是上世紀(jì)60年代在農(nóng)村“四清”運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中成立的,肩負(fù)在農(nóng)村開(kāi)展政治運(yùn)動(dòng)的省級(jí)貧協(xié)組織。選擇省級(jí)貧協(xié)組織而不是基層或者是中央層級(jí)進(jìn)行研究,是為了再現(xiàn)江蘇省貧協(xié)在當(dāng)時(shí)的歷史進(jìn)程中所扮演的角色,探討貧協(xié)在“以階級(jí)斗爭(zhēng)為綱”的歷史背景下,是如何指導(dǎo)參與江蘇省農(nóng)村的相關(guān)工作,加深對(duì)貧協(xié)的性質(zhì)和歷史作用的認(rèn)識(shí)。以此,為我們當(dāng)前農(nóng)村基層組織建設(shè)提供歷史借鑒,使基層組織在社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的歷史進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮更大的作用。 文章分為六部分,第一部分為文獻(xiàn)綜述和研究方法；第二部分為江蘇省貧下中農(nóng)協(xié)會(huì)產(chǎn)生的歷史背景；第三部分是江蘇省貧協(xié)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)及演變,對(duì)其全貌進(jìn)行分析；第四部分文章從發(fā)展會(huì)員,學(xué)習(xí)毛澤東著作,組織貧下中農(nóng)報(bào)告團(tuán)和展覽會(huì),信訪工作幾個(gè)方面來(lái)分析貧協(xié)是如何在農(nóng)村開(kāi)展工作,以及其在其中扮演的角色；第五部分是通過(guò)對(duì)江蘇省貧協(xié)在上世紀(jì)六七十年代參與的政治運(yùn)動(dòng)的介紹和分析,通過(guò)具體的事例,理清貧協(xié)的作用；第六部分是對(duì)貧協(xié)的總結(jié),主要從角色、作用和性質(zhì)幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,本文通過(guò)分析認(rèn)為,貧協(xié)是黨在農(nóng)村階級(jí)助手,從根本上來(lái)說(shuō)其是一個(gè)階級(jí)組織。貧協(xié)在農(nóng)村所充當(dāng)?shù)慕巧褪墙M織和發(fā)動(dòng)農(nóng)民參與政治運(yùn)動(dòng),貫徹黨在農(nóng)村推行的階級(jí)路線,鞏固黨在農(nóng)村的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),這就決定了江蘇省貧下中農(nóng)組織更多的具有政治性和階級(jí)性,當(dāng)然我們也不能忽略在當(dāng)時(shí)的歷史條件下,貧協(xié)在組織農(nóng)民抵御天災(zāi),興修水利等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,推動(dòng)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)方面的作用。
[Abstract]:Jiangsu Provincial Poor and Lower Middle Peasants Association was established in the 1960s in the "four Qing" movement in rural areas, the provincial poverty association organization with the responsibility of carrying out political movements in rural areas. In order to reproduce the role played by the Jiangsu Poverty Association in the historical process at that time, and to explore the historical background of "taking class struggle as its outline," the provincial poverty association was chosen to conduct research at the provincial level rather than at the grass-roots level or at the central level, in order to reproduce the role played by the Jiangsu Provincial Poverty Association in the historical process at that time. How to guide and participate in the rural work of Jiangsu Province, deepen the understanding of the nature and historical role of poverty association. In this way, it can provide us with historical reference for the construction of rural grass-roots organizations and make them play a greater role in the historical process of the construction of new socialist countryside. The article is divided into six parts, the first part is the literature review and research methods; the second part is the historical background of the poor middle peasant association in Jiangsu Province; the third part is the organization structure and evolution of the poverty association in Jiangsu Province, and the whole picture is analyzed. The fourth part of the article from the development of members, study Mao Zedong works, organize poor middle peasants report groups and exhibitions, letters and visits work to analyze how the poor in rural areas, as well as its role in the work; The fifth part is the introduction and analysis of the political movement of Jiangsu Poverty Association in the 1960s and 1970s, through concrete examples, to clarify the role of poverty association; The sixth part is a summary of the poor association, mainly from the role, role and nature of the analysis, through analysis, the poor association is the party in the rural class assistant, fundamentally speaking, it is a class organization. The role played by the Poor's Association in rural areas is to organize and mobilize peasants to participate in political movements, to carry out the class line promoted by the Party in rural areas, and to consolidate the Party's leadership in rural areas. This determines that the poor and lower-middle peasants organizations in Jiangsu Province are more political and class in nature. Of course, we cannot ignore the fact that under the historical conditions at that time, the poor association was organizing peasants to resist natural disasters and to build water conservancy infrastructure.
