【摘要】：1912年6月,在梁士詒、葉恭綽等清末民初中國(guó)鐵路界著名人士的倡議和組織下,中華全國(guó)鐵路協(xié)會(huì)在北京正式成立。協(xié)會(huì)以發(fā)達(dá)鐵路事業(yè)、協(xié)助鐵路行政、保護(hù)鐵路權(quán)利、傳播鐵路知識(shí)、融洽鐵路同人情誼為宗旨,積極參與北京政府時(shí)期的各項(xiàng)鐵路事務(wù),組織規(guī)模不斷壯大,在民國(guó)鐵路界的影響力也與日俱增。南京國(guó)民政府成立后,協(xié)會(huì)將總部遷移至南京,迅速重建了其在民國(guó)鐵路界的地位和話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)。在新的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)制下,協(xié)會(huì)的會(huì)務(wù)活動(dòng)得到了進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,會(huì)員人數(shù)逐漸增加,協(xié)會(huì)也更加廣泛的參與到近代中國(guó)鐵路事業(yè)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展之中。至1937年全面抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)前夕,協(xié)會(huì)已經(jīng)成為近代中國(guó)鐵路界持續(xù)時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)、規(guī)模最大的社會(huì)組織。本篇論文以中華全國(guó)鐵路協(xié)會(huì)主辦的會(huì)報(bào)、雜志為主要資料,并參考同一時(shí)期與協(xié)會(huì)相關(guān)的報(bào)刊、檔案、人物傳記等史料,對(duì)協(xié)會(huì)的成立背景、發(fā)展宗旨、組織概況以及協(xié)會(huì)參與鐵路事業(yè)的主要活動(dòng)進(jìn)行梳理和分析。在路事與國(guó)事所共同構(gòu)建的關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,中華全國(guó)鐵路協(xié)會(huì)不僅積極開(kāi)展鐵路調(diào)查與學(xué)術(shù)研究,協(xié)助政府改良路務(wù),而且從鐵路問(wèn)題出發(fā),關(guān)注外國(guó)侵略,保護(hù)中國(guó)的鐵路權(quán)益。此外,協(xié)會(huì)還定期開(kāi)展會(huì)務(wù)與文娛活動(dòng),融合鐵路同人情誼,并通過(guò)舉辦講演、發(fā)行刊物等方式,促進(jìn)了鐵路知識(shí)的傳播和普及。協(xié)會(huì)的一系列活動(dòng),體現(xiàn)了其在民國(guó)鐵路界的地位和影響力,同時(shí)也促進(jìn)了近代中國(guó)鐵路事業(yè)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In June 1912, the All-China Railway Association was established in Beijing on the initiative and organization of Liang Shiyi, Ye Gongchuo and other famous people in the Chinese railway circle in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. With the aim of developing railway undertakings, assisting railway administration, protecting railway rights, spreading railway knowledge, and harmonizing railway friendship, the association actively participated in various railway affairs during the period of the Beijing government, and the scale of the organization continued to grow. In the Republic of China, the influence of railway industry is growing. After the establishment of the Nanjing National Government, the Association moved its headquarters to Nanjing and quickly re-established its position and right of speech in the Republic of China railway circle. Under the new leadership mechanism, the council affairs of the association has been further developed, the number of members has gradually increased, and the association has more extensive participation in the construction and development of modern Chinese railway. On the eve of the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan in 1937, the Association had become the longest and largest social organization in the field of railways in modern China. This paper takes the newspaper and magazine sponsored by the All-China Railway Association as the main materials, and refers to the historical materials of the association, such as newspapers, archives, biographies and other historical materials, in order to set up the association's background and develop its purpose. Organization profile and association involved in the main activities of railway enterprises to sort out and analysis. The All-China Railway Association not only actively carried out railway investigation and academic research to assist the government in improving the road service, but also focused on foreign aggression from the point of view of the railway problem. To protect China's railway rights and interests. In addition, the association also carries out regular meetings and entertainment activities, integrates railway friendship, and promotes the dissemination and popularization of railway knowledge by means of lectures and publications. A series of activities of the Association embodied its position and influence in the railway circle of the Republic of China, and also promoted the construction and development of the railway industry in modern China.
