《內(nèi)蒙古自治報(bào)》研究

【摘要】：《內(nèi)蒙自治報(bào)》是見證內(nèi)蒙自治政府成立和內(nèi)蒙古蒙古民族獲得解放的報(bào)紙。它的前身是1945年12月8日創(chuàng)辦的《黎明報(bào)》。《黎明報(bào)》是內(nèi)蒙古人民革命青年團(tuán)的機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)。1946年5月3日,《黎明報(bào)》更名為《群眾》報(bào)。同年6月1日,該報(bào)與內(nèi)蒙古自治運(yùn)動(dòng)聯(lián)合會東蒙總分會機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)《東蒙新報(bào)》合并,統(tǒng)稱《群眾報(bào)》。 在內(nèi)蒙古自治運(yùn)動(dòng)迅速發(fā)展的形勢下,為了進(jìn)一步喚醒廣大蒙古族人民群眾,深入地宣傳中國共產(chǎn)黨的各項(xiàng)方針政策,旗幟更加鮮明地宣傳內(nèi)蒙古自治,1947年1月1日,從第60期開始,《群眾報(bào)》改名為《內(nèi)蒙自治報(bào)》,刊期順延。 從1947年1月1日到12月31日,《內(nèi)蒙自治報(bào)》存續(xù)了1年。在1年的時(shí)間內(nèi),《內(nèi)蒙自治報(bào)》的書寫日趨規(guī)范,刊數(shù)最后固定為日刊,版數(shù)固定為4個(gè)版面,欄目逐漸增多,內(nèi)容更加豐富,在社會上的影響越來越大,最后被明確為中共內(nèi)蒙古黨委的機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)。 作為內(nèi)蒙古自治運(yùn)動(dòng)聯(lián)合會的機(jī)關(guān)報(bào),作為面向內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)發(fā)行的報(bào)紙,《內(nèi)蒙自治報(bào)》具有鮮明的民族特色和地區(qū)特色。民族特色在形式方面的表現(xiàn)是有蒙漢文版的《內(nèi)蒙自治報(bào)》,在內(nèi)容方面表現(xiàn)為有很多體現(xiàn)蒙古民族政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、軍事等活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容。地區(qū)特色主要表現(xiàn)在報(bào)道的內(nèi)容方面,以內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的各種活動(dòng)為主要報(bào)道對象,屬于內(nèi)蒙古的地方媒體。 《內(nèi)蒙自治報(bào)》各種及時(shí)的報(bào)道,廣泛地宣傳了中國共產(chǎn)黨的各項(xiàng)方針政策,對于喚醒廣大蒙古民族起來參加內(nèi)蒙古民族解放運(yùn)動(dòng)起到了輿論宣傳作用,是內(nèi)蒙古自治運(yùn)動(dòng)的一桿大旗。同時(shí)《內(nèi)蒙自治報(bào)》還是研究1947年內(nèi)蒙古歷史的重要第一手資料。
[Abstract]:The Inner Mongolia Autonomous newspaper is a newspaper that witnessed the establishment of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Government and the liberation of the Inner Mongolia people. Its predecessor was the "Dawn newspaper", which was founded on December 8, 1945. It is the organ newspaper of the people's Revolutionary Youth League of Inner Mongolia. On May 3, 1946, the "Dawn newspaper" was renamed the "masses" newspaper. On June 1 of the same year, the newspaper merged with the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement Federation Dongmeng General Sub-Committee Organization newspaper, the Dongmenxin newspaper, collectively known as the masses newspaper. With the rapid development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement, in order to further arouse the broad masses of the Mongolian people, and to publicize the various principles and policies of the Communist Party of China in depth, the banner has even more clearly publicized Inner Mongolia Autonomy. On January 1, 1947, From the 60 th issue, the mass newspaper changed its name to Inner Mongolia Autonomous newspaper. From January 1, 1947 to December 31, 1947, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous newspaper survived for one year. In a period of one year, the writing of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous newspaper became more and more standardized, and the number of journals was fixed as a Journal, and the number of pages was fixed to four pages. The number of columns gradually increased, and the contents became more and more abundant, and the influence on society became greater and greater. Finally is clear for the Communist Party of China Inner Mongolia party committee's organ newspaper. As the official newspaper of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement Federation and the newspaper issued in Inner Mongolia, Inner Mongolia Autonomous newspaper has distinct national and regional characteristics. The form of the national characteristics is the Inner Mongolia Autonomous newspaper in Mongolian and Chinese version, and the content shows that there are a lot of activities such as politics, economy, culture, military and so on, which embody the Mongolian national politics, economy, culture, military and so on. The regional characteristics are mainly reflected in the content of the report, taking various activities in Inner Mongolia as the main reporting object, belonging to the local media of Inner Mongolia. Various timely reports of the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous newspaper" have widely publicized the various principles and policies of the Communist Party of China, and have played a propaganda role in arousing the vast number of Mongolian nationalities to take part in the National Liberation Movement in Inner Mongolia. It is the flag of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement. At the same time, Inner Mongolia Autonomous newspaper is also an important first-hand material to study the history of Inner Mongolia in 1947.
