【摘要】：金融業(yè)對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起到非常重要的作用，西康省處在我國(guó)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期大后方，西康省金融業(yè)快速、健康、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展對(duì)于全國(guó)抗戰(zhàn)有著積極的影響。西康建省前金融業(yè)的發(fā)展相對(duì)于全國(guó)其他地區(qū)來(lái)說(shuō)還是比較落后，但在抗戰(zhàn)以后這種狀況逐漸得到了改變，西康省金融網(wǎng)點(diǎn)也在全省迅速建立起來(lái)，這段時(shí)間國(guó)家銀行、省地方銀行以及商業(yè)銀行的設(shè)立，對(duì)于西康經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了不可小覷的作用，當(dāng)然西康作為抗戰(zhàn)大后方來(lái)說(shuō)，金融業(yè)也有自己的特點(diǎn)和特殊作用，通過(guò)對(duì)這一時(shí)期西康金融業(yè)的發(fā)展我們能夠?qū)ξ覈?guó)民族地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒意義。 本文主要分為緒論、正文四章和結(jié)語(yǔ)：緒論部分主要是對(duì)本文選題背景、研究意義以及前人對(duì)西康省金融業(yè)的研究和對(duì)本文的研究結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容。正文分為四章：第一章是介紹西康建省前以及建省后的經(jīng)濟(jì)概況，主要從工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、商業(yè)、交通來(lái)了解西康經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。第二章主要介紹了西康省貨幣的種類和使用情況。第三章主要介紹了金融機(jī)構(gòu)在西康省的設(shè)立，主要從國(guó)家銀行、商業(yè)銀行、地方銀行和合作金庫(kù)在西康的設(shè)立，使得西康省金融網(wǎng)得到了迅速的建立，從而使西康省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展邁向了一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。第四章是本文的重點(diǎn)，主要是對(duì)西康省金融業(yè)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)及影響進(jìn)行了論述，西康金融業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)于西康省農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、商業(yè)的影響甚大，從而使西康省的經(jīng)濟(jì)處在一個(gè)發(fā)展的新時(shí)期。結(jié)語(yǔ)主要通過(guò)對(duì)西康省金融業(yè)發(fā)展的初步研究，使我們了解到西康金融業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，從而對(duì)我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Financial industry plays a very important role in the development of economy. Xikang Province is in the rear of China during the War of Resistance against Japan. The rapid, healthy and stable development of the financial industry of Xikang Province has a positive impact on the National War of Resistance against Japan. The development of the financial industry in Xikang Province was still relatively backward compared with other regions in the country. However, after the War of Resistance against Japan, this situation gradually changed, and the financial network of Xikang Province was also rapidly established in the province. During this period, the national bank, The establishment of provincial local banks and commercial banks has played an important role in the economic development of Xikang. Of course, as the rear area of the War of Resistance against Japan, Xikang also has its own characteristics and special functions. Through the development of Xikang financial industry in this period, we can use for reference for the economic development of minority areas in our country. This paper is divided into the introduction, the main body four chapters and the conclusion: the introduction part is mainly to this article topic background, the research significance as well as the predecessor to the Xikang province finance research and the research structure and the content to this article. The text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is to introduce the economic situation before and after the establishment of Xikang province, mainly from industry, agriculture, commerce, transportation to understand the overall development of Xikang economy. The second chapter mainly introduces the types and use of money in Xikang province. The third chapter mainly introduces the establishment of financial institutions in Xikang province, mainly from the establishment of national bank, commercial bank, local bank and cooperative treasury in Xikang province, which makes the financial network of Xikang province established rapidly. As a result, Xikang Province's economic development has moved to a new level. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, mainly discusses the characteristics and impact of the development of the financial industry in Xikang province. The development of the financial industry in Xikang province has a great impact on agriculture, industry and commerce in Xikang province. As a result, the economy of Xikang Province is in a new period of development. The conclusion mainly through the preliminary research on the development of financial industry in Xikang province, makes us understand the development situation of financial industry in Xikang province, and thus has a new understanding of the development of regional economy in our country.
