【摘要】：1928—1930年間由湖州籍黨政要員、金融家等組成的同鄉(xiāng)團(tuán)體湖社,與上海公共租界內(nèi)的壽圣庵因地產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生糾紛,該案屢屢刊登在上海大小報(bào)紙上,因此糾紛又牽扯出一系列大小案件,使得當(dāng)時(shí)"輿論沸騰"。輿論由雙方地產(chǎn)的爭(zhēng)端分歧,一變?yōu)楹蜕袀兩涎莸奈尽⒉貗D、互毆鬧劇,再變?yōu)閷?duì)"蔣主席"與陳英士的關(guān)注。一場(chǎng)原本肅重莊嚴(yán)的訴訟案,上升到事關(guān)國(guó)家首腦行政命令執(zhí)行和革命先烈聲譽(yù)影響的問(wèn)題。此時(shí)中央權(quán)力日益擴(kuò)張,國(guó)民政府新聞傳播體系逐步完善,湖社憑借其強(qiáng)大的政治資源,在壽圣庵案件上占有著絕對(duì)的輿論話語(yǔ)權(quán)。這一案例中,國(guó)家、社團(tuán)和個(gè)體之間由于各自所處地位的不同,其在話語(yǔ)建構(gòu)與實(shí)踐過(guò)程中存在著巨大的差異。
[Abstract]:From 1928 to 1930, Huzhou's fellow party and government officials, financiers, and other rural groups, Hu Society, had disputes over real estate with Shou Shengan in Shanghai's public concession. The case was frequently published in newspapers and newspapers in Shanghai. As a result, the dispute involved a series of large and small cases, making the "public opinion boiling" at that time. Public opinion diverged from the dispute over property between the two sides, one turned to the monks staged drug abuse, Tibetan women, fight each other farce, and then to "Chairman Jiang" and Chen Yingshi's attention. An otherwise solemn lawsuit rose to the point where the executive order of the head of state and the reputation of revolutionary martyrs were affected. At this time, the power of the central government is expanding day by day, the news communication system of the national government is gradually consummating, and the Lake Society, with its powerful political resources, occupies the absolute right of public opinion in the case of Shoushengan. In this case, there are great differences in discourse construction and practice between countries, societies and individuals due to their different positions.
