【摘要】：近年來(lái)對(duì)《申報(bào)》的研究開(kāi)始逐步升溫,在社會(huì)輿論領(lǐng)域亦取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。民國(guó)以降,以《申報(bào)》為代表的華文新報(bào)通過(guò)對(duì)輿論施加影響,冀圖成為公共輿論的重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,尤其體現(xiàn)在對(duì)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)新聞報(bào)道上。1947年6月新疆北塔山地區(qū)發(fā)生的邊境沖突對(duì)中蘇關(guān)系產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響�；诖�,特以《申報(bào)》在北塔山事件期間的輿論為考察點(diǎn),力圖對(duì)《申報(bào)》輿論影響下的國(guó)內(nèi)外反饋、報(bào)道的特色及作用做一個(gè)深入的探究。在《申報(bào)》關(guān)于北塔山事件輿論的分析中可以得出其在冀圖獲取輿論影響力的同時(shí)亦有局限性。以此表明《申報(bào)》在北塔山事件的報(bào)道中還是起到了“通中外”和“達(dá)明智”的部分作用。文章共分為五個(gè)部分:第一部為緒論,分析選題意義,闡釋相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,展示研究的創(chuàng)新與不足。第二部分闡述《申報(bào)》發(fā)展概況,并對(duì)《申報(bào)》有關(guān)新疆戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)事件的報(bào)道進(jìn)行了述評(píng)。第三部分介紹北塔山事件發(fā)生的概況與《申報(bào)》報(bào)道,以北塔山事件發(fā)生后的國(guó)內(nèi)外輿論反饋?zhàn)鳛橹攸c(diǎn)分析,揭示其擴(kuò)大輿論影響、呼吁民眾維護(hù)主權(quán)的積極作用。同時(shí)《申報(bào)》架起民眾與政府間溝通的“橋梁”,較為有效地吸引了各階層民眾對(duì)邊境戰(zhàn)事的關(guān)注。第四部分重點(diǎn)述及《申報(bào)》輿論在北塔山事件報(bào)道中的特點(diǎn),分為《申報(bào)》報(bào)道的特點(diǎn)和局限性。其中優(yōu)點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在較快的新聞傳播時(shí)效、創(chuàng)新多元化的報(bào)道方式、凸顯愛(ài)國(guó)主義主義的報(bào)道基調(diào)上。缺點(diǎn)主要以報(bào)道客觀性、專(zhuān)業(yè)性不足為主。第五部分強(qiáng)調(diào)了《申報(bào)》輿論在北塔山事件中所起的作用,主要體現(xiàn)在維護(hù)領(lǐng)土主權(quán)與推進(jìn)社會(huì)思潮的轉(zhuǎn)變上。結(jié)語(yǔ)以《申報(bào)》輿論為中心,對(duì)《申報(bào)》輿論所引發(fā)的影響進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),認(rèn)為《申報(bào)》輿論雖然存有一定的局限性,但在特定的歷史條件下實(shí)際發(fā)揮著喚起民眾愛(ài)國(guó)意識(shí)、推動(dòng)社會(huì)思潮轉(zhuǎn)變的重要作用�！渡陥�(bào)》在民眾、政府間的溝通“橋梁”作用亦不可忽視。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research on declaration began to heat up step by step, and has made great progress in the field of public opinion. By exerting influence on public opinion, the New Chinese News, represented by the Republic of China and represented by the "declaration", aims to become an important leader in public opinion. Especially in the war news reports. The border conflict in June 1947 in North Tata Mountain region of Xinjiang had a profound impact on Sino-Soviet relations. Based on this, taking the public opinion during the North Tata Mountain incident as the inspection point, this paper tries to make a deep research on the domestic and foreign feedback, the characteristics and the function of the report under the influence of the public opinion. In the analysis of the public opinion about the North Tata Mountain incident, it can be concluded that it has limitations in obtaining the influence of public opinion in Hebei Province. This shows that the declaration still plays a part in "connecting China and foreign countries" and "Dazheng" in the report of the North Tata Mountain incident. The article is divided into five parts: the first part is introduction, analyzes the significance of the topic, explains the current situation of related research, and demonstrates the innovation and deficiency of the research. The second part describes the general situation of the development of the declaration, and reviews the report of the Xinjiang war incident. The third part introduces the general situation of the North Tashan incident and the "declaration" report. The feedback of public opinion at home and abroad after the North Tashan incident is analyzed as a key point to reveal its expanding influence on public opinion and to appeal to the public to safeguard the positive role of sovereignty. At the same time, the declaration set up a bridge between the public and the government, which effectively attracted the attention of all classes of people to the border war. The fourth part focuses on the characteristics of the public opinion in the reporting of the North Tashan incident, which is divided into the characteristics and limitations of the report. Among them, the advantages lie in the fast time of news dissemination, the innovation and diversification of reporting methods, and the tone of patriotism. Shortcomings mainly to the objectivity of reporting, lack of professionalism. The fifth part emphasizes the role of public opinion in the Beitashan incident, which is mainly reflected in safeguarding territorial sovereignty and promoting the transformation of social thoughts. The conclusion focuses on the "declaration" public opinion, summarizes the influence caused by the "declaration" public opinion, and holds that although the "declaration" public opinion has some limitations, it actually plays an important role in arousing the patriotic consciousness of the people under the specific historical conditions. The important role of promoting the social trend of thought change. In the public, the government communication "bridge" function can not be ignored.
