【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)上我國是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)國家,鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)構(gòu)成了無論從地域還是人口都要比城市更為廣闊的社會(huì)主體。新中國成立后,土改、合作化、人民公社等運(yùn)動(dòng)均在鄉(xiāng)村這個(gè)舞臺(tái)上展開,其目的在于規(guī)避傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)“歷史循環(huán)的陷阱”,走社會(huì)主義革命和建設(shè)道路,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村從傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代的轉(zhuǎn)型。 社隊(duì)企業(yè)作為我國國家工業(yè)化的一翼,陪伴了人民公社的全過程,并且在公社體制瓦解之后嬗變?yōu)榻裉斓泥l(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)。它的出現(xiàn)是國家話語適應(yīng)我國傳統(tǒng)手工業(yè)向“半工業(yè)化”和工業(yè)化演進(jìn)的結(jié)果,在合作化和人民公社化運(yùn)動(dòng)的推動(dòng)下,山東省社隊(duì)企業(yè)迎來了初辦的高潮。但由于處在特殊的時(shí)代和環(huán)境下,“左”的錯(cuò)誤如“以鋼為綱”、“反右傾”、“階級(jí)斗爭”、“文化大革命”等不僅造成了農(nóng)民話語的“失語”和家庭的“退縮”,更違背了鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)自身的發(fā)展規(guī)律,嚴(yán)重阻礙了社隊(duì)企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。 歷史不以人的主觀意志為轉(zhuǎn)移,理想的超越和現(xiàn)實(shí)的困頓讓農(nóng)民從“躁動(dòng)”中清醒,農(nóng)民話語和鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)文化在與政治話語、國家主流文化相互影響、相互滲透、此消彼長的沖突中逐漸“凸顯”,并走向新的融合,改革開放成為了那個(gè)時(shí)代的主旋律,社隊(duì)企業(yè)也從初興后的衰落迎來了恢復(fù)后的大發(fā)展時(shí)期。 社隊(duì)企業(yè)既是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的現(xiàn)代化改造,對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)變遷產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響,同時(shí)又不可避免地受到傳統(tǒng)因素的影響和制約,即便是現(xiàn)在的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)也不例外。因此我們要從“上與下”、“外與內(nèi)”、“傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代”的糾結(jié)中借助于話語、文化的沖突和融合來歷史地看待社隊(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展和曲折性,而這也正是社隊(duì)企業(yè)研究的價(jià)值和魅力所在。
[Abstract]:Traditionally, our country is an agricultural country, and the rural society constitutes a broader social subject than the city in terms of region and population. After the founding of New China, such movements as land reform, cooperation, and people's communes were launched on the stage of the countryside, with the aim of avoiding the trap of the "historical cycle" of the traditional rural society and following the road of socialist revolution and construction. In order to realize the transformation of the village from traditional to modern. As a wing of China's national industrialization, the social team enterprises accompanied the whole process of the people's commune, and changed into the township enterprises after the disintegration of the commune system. Its appearance is the result that the national discourse adapts to the "semi-industrialization" and the industrialization evolution of the traditional handicraft industry in our country. Under the promotion of the cooperative and people's commune movement, the Shandong social team enterprise ushered in the initial climax. However, because of the special times and circumstances, the mistakes of "left", such as "taking steel as the outline", "anti-right-leaning", "class struggle", "cultural revolution" and so on, have not only caused the "aphasia" of the peasant discourse and the "retreat" of the family. It also violates the development law of rural society itself and seriously hinders the healthy development of social team enterprises. History is not transferred by the subjective will of human beings. The transcendence of ideal and the difficulty of reality make peasants wake up from "restlessness", peasant discourse and rural traditional culture influence and permeate each other with political discourse and national mainstream culture. In the conflict, the reform and opening up has become the main melody of that era, and the social team enterprise has also ushered in the great development period after recovery from the decline of the initial rise. Social team enterprises are not only the modernization transformation of traditional economy, but also the influence and restriction of traditional factors, even the present township enterprises are no exception. Therefore, we should historically look at the development and tortuosity of social team enterprises from the entanglement of "top and bottom", "outside and inside", "tradition and modern" with the aid of discourse, cultural conflict and integration. And this is also the value and charm of social team enterprise research.
