【摘要】：中國通商銀行是中國人自主創(chuàng)辦的第一家銀行。它的誕生標(biāo)志著中國現(xiàn)代金融業(yè)的開端。該銀行的創(chuàng)建在當(dāng)時的歷史條件下,也就具有十分重大的歷史意義。它的創(chuàng)辦者是中國著名的實(shí)業(yè)家盛宣懷先生。在當(dāng)時家國破碎、列強(qiáng)橫行的年代,能夠獨(dú)立創(chuàng)建出如此現(xiàn)代化的銀行,實(shí)非易事。本文擬從以下幾個方面去探討為什么盛宣懷能夠成功創(chuàng)辦銀行。 第一章,主要論述通商銀行創(chuàng)立的時代背景。隨著帝國主義對中國侵略的加劇,外資銀行紛紛進(jìn)入中國并控制了中國的金融命脈；中國傳統(tǒng)錢莊、票號的局限性不能適應(yīng)時代潮流；國人自主意識的增強(qiáng)以及創(chuàng)辦華人銀行的提出。 第二章,主要論述創(chuàng)辦通商銀行的提出。盛從現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,提出“因鐵路不能不辦銀行”,從醞釀開設(shè)銀行；奏請?jiān)O(shè)立銀行；奉旨開設(shè)銀行展開。 第三章,主要論述創(chuàng)辦銀行面臨的中外阻撓,以及盛宣懷的靈活應(yīng)對。從列強(qiáng)的干涉,清政府內(nèi)部官員的駁詰,以及盛宣懷的靈活應(yīng)對展開。重點(diǎn)突出盛辦銀行的艱辛,以及他過人的處理棘手事情的才能。 第四章,主要論述盛宣懷的洋務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)在創(chuàng)辦通商銀行中的作用。首先從盛的家世背景及與李鴻章的關(guān)系出發(fā),盛之前主要辦理的洋務(wù)企業(yè),為盛創(chuàng)辦銀行提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。盛宣懷特殊的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位有助于籌集商股,設(shè)置合理的銀行章程,做出創(chuàng)設(shè)性的人事安排。重點(diǎn)突出盛之前的各種經(jīng)歷在創(chuàng)辦銀行時起的重大作用。 得出結(jié)論：由盛宣懷來開辦中國第一家銀行并不是純粹的運(yùn)氣,而是由其各方面杰出的,無可匹敵的才能決定的。這些優(yōu)越條件決定了,盛宣懷能夠成功開辦通商銀行,甚至可以說成為不二人選。
[Abstract]:The China Bank of Commerce is the first Chinese bank to be established independently. Its birth marks the beginning of China's modern financial industry. The establishment of the bank in the historical conditions at that time, also has a very significant historical significance. Its founder is the famous Chinese industrialist Mr. Sheng Xuanhuai. It was not easy to create such a modern bank independently in an era of broken and powerful nations. This paper discusses why Sheng Xuanghuai can successfully set up a bank from the following aspects. The first chapter mainly discusses the background of the establishment of commercial banks. With the intensification of imperialist aggression against China, foreign banks have entered China and controlled China's financial lifeline. The enhancement of Chinese independence consciousness and the establishment of Chinese bank. The second chapter mainly discusses the establishment of commercial banks. In view of the practical needs, Sheng proposed that "the railway should not set up a bank", and that banks should be set up from the brewing stage; that banks should be set up; and that banks should be set up according to the policy. The third chapter, mainly discusses the establishment of the bank in China and foreign obstacles, as well as Sheng Xuanhuai flexible response. From the intervention of the powers, the refutation of the internal officials of the Qing government, as well as the flexible response of Sheng Xuan. The emphasis was on the hardships of running a bank and his superior ability to handle difficult matters. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the role of Sheng Xuanhuai's Westernization experience in the establishment of commercial banks. First of all, from the background of Sheng's family background and his relationship with Li Hongzhang, the Westernization enterprises mainly dealt with before Sheng provided valuable experience for Sheng to set up the bank. Sheng Xuanhuai's special economic status helps to raise shares, set up reasonable bank rules, and make creative personnel arrangements. Focus on the various experiences before the boom in the establishment of banks play a major role. The conclusion: setting up China's first bank by Sheng Xuanhuai is not a matter of sheer luck, but is determined by its various outstanding and unmatched talents. These advantages determine that Sheng Xuanhuai can successfully open a commercial bank, or even become a candidate.
