【摘要】：有關(guān)盛宣懷研究的成果中,基本上是從實(shí)業(yè)成就、教育成就等方面進(jìn)行論述的,尚缺乏從中國(guó)近代科學(xué)技術(shù)事業(yè)開(kāi)創(chuàng)方面進(jìn)行研究的成果�；诖�,本文探討了盛宣懷的科學(xué)技術(shù)思想。 本文一方面,從實(shí)業(yè)企業(yè)對(duì)科學(xué)技術(shù)所作的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用上闡述盛宣懷的科學(xué)技術(shù)思想,另一方面,從盛宣懷對(duì)科學(xué)技術(shù)與實(shí)業(yè)關(guān)系的理解,闡述其科學(xué)技術(shù)思想。以上述兩方面作為研究線路,本文主要進(jìn)行了下述工作。 首先,論述了盛宣懷科學(xué)技術(shù)思想的形成歷程。 其次,論述盛宣懷科學(xué)技術(shù)思想內(nèi)容是從其引進(jìn)西方科學(xué)技術(shù)體制,以及使這些體制本土化的線路展開(kāi)的。本文認(rèn)為盛宣懷科學(xué)技術(shù)思想包括：科技管理思想、科技人才思想、科技教育思想、科技軍事思想叫個(gè)方面。盛宜懷通過(guò)興辦實(shí)業(yè),創(chuàng)辦教育,應(yīng)用人才,建設(shè)國(guó)防等活動(dòng),從實(shí)踐中認(rèn)識(shí)了解了科學(xué)技術(shù)在中國(guó)社會(huì)近代化中的功能和作用,形成了其科學(xué)技術(shù)思想。 最后,從歷史作用與現(xiàn)實(shí)關(guān)懷兩方而對(duì)盛宣懷科學(xué)技術(shù)思想進(jìn)行了價(jià)值意義和歷史局限性的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Among the achievements of Sheng Xuanghuai's research, it is basically discussed from the aspects of industry achievement and education achievement, but it lacks the research results from the pioneering aspect of Chinese modern science and technology. Based on this, this paper discusses Sheng Xuanhuai's thought of science and technology. This paper, on the one hand, expounds Sheng Xuanhuai's thought of science and technology from the practical application of industrial enterprises to science and technology, on the other hand, from Sheng Xuanghuai's understanding of the relation between science and technology and industry, expounds his thought of science and technology. With the above two aspects as the research route, this paper mainly carried out the following work. First of all, it discusses the forming process of Sheng Xuanhuai's thought of science and technology. Secondly, the content of Sheng Xuanghuai's thought of science and technology is developed from the introduction of western science and technology system and the localization of these systems. This paper holds that Sheng Xuanhuai's thought of science and technology includes scientific and technological management thought, scientific and technological talent thought, science and technology education thought, and science and technology military thought. Through the activities of setting up industry, establishing education, applying talents and building national defense, Sheng Yihuai understood the function and function of science and technology in the modernization of Chinese society from practice, and formed his thought of science and technology. Finally, the value and historical limitation of Sheng Xuan's thought of science and technology are evaluated from historical role and realistic concern.
