【摘要】：林修竹在山東實(shí)業(yè)歷史上是一個(gè)很重要的人物，他是中國(guó)早期的留日學(xué)生，他是實(shí)業(yè)教育家，同時(shí)也是詩人。從教育到實(shí)業(yè)，再到黃河治理，涉及教育、實(shí)業(yè)和黃河治理的許多方面，他為山東的發(fā)展做過很多實(shí)事，在很多方面留下了他的功績(jī)。 林修竹不是一個(gè)孤立的人物，他所涉及的的諸多領(lǐng)域決定了他與現(xiàn)實(shí)的諸多聯(lián)系，所以研究林修竹的一個(gè)重要目的，就是通過對(duì)林修竹的研究了解當(dāng)時(shí)山東社會(huì)各方面的發(fā)展情況。以教育、實(shí)業(yè)和治黃這三大事業(yè)為主要研究對(duì)象，從中認(rèn)識(shí)了解林修竹的一生，凸顯林修竹這個(gè)人物的同時(shí)，深入剖析民國(guó)時(shí)期山東各方面的發(fā)展。 本文主要分以下五章論述： 第一章論述林修竹的整個(gè)人生歷程。包括林修竹的求學(xué)經(jīng)歷、從政經(jīng)歷、隱居生活、一生的著述、社會(huì)關(guān)系以及林氏家族介紹。其中，因?yàn)榱中拗裨谏綎|任職階段是本文研究的重點(diǎn)，所以這里只是簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下期間的職位更替，后面幾章會(huì)分專題對(duì)這一階段林修竹的情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述。 第二章論述林修竹主持山東教育的情況。包括林修竹主持山東實(shí)業(yè)教育和山東社會(huì)教育，以及參與組織山東第一次物品展覽會(huì)的情況。 第三章論述林修竹主持發(fā)展山東實(shí)業(yè)的情況。包括勸業(yè)政策的推行，種樹、桑蠶、植棉三大勸業(yè)事項(xiàng)的進(jìn)行及其成績(jī)、評(píng)價(jià)，還有林修竹對(duì)于山東移民墾荒的籌劃。 第四章論述林修竹治理黃河的情況。包括林修竹提倡種樹護(hù)堤、指揮抵抗洪災(zāi)、主持李黃堵口工程的細(xì)節(jié)，以及修筑黃河大堤公路和疏通南運(yùn)河的情況，最后是對(duì)林修竹治黃成績(jī)的評(píng)價(jià)。 第五章論述林修竹編著《山東各縣鄉(xiāng)土調(diào)查錄》的情況。包括此書的介紹和價(jià)值地位，并以歷城縣為例介紹了此書的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Lin Xiuzhu is a very important figure in the history of Shandong industry. He is an early Chinese student who studied in Japan. He is an industry educator and also a poet. From education to industry to Yellow River management, involving education, industry and many aspects of Yellow River governance, he did a lot of practical work for the development of Shandong, leaving his achievements in many aspects. Lin Xiuzhu is not an isolated figure. The many fields he is involved in determine his many connections with reality. Therefore, the study of Lin Xiuzhu is an important purpose. It is through the study of Lin Xiuzhu to understand the development of all aspects of Shandong society at that time. Taking education, industry and Yellow River management as the main research objects, this paper studies the life of Lin Xiuzhu, highlights the figure of Lin Xiuzhu, and deeply analyzes the development of Shandong during the period of the Republic of China. This article is divided into the following five chapters: the first chapter discusses the whole life course of Lin Xiuzhu. Including Lin Xiuzhu's study experience, political experience, seclusion, lifetime writings, social relations and Lin's family introduction. Among them, because Lin Xiuzhu held office in Shandong Province is the focus of this study, so here is only a brief introduction of the replacement of posts during the period, the following chapters will be divided into topics of this stage of forest Xiuzhu situation discussed in detail. The second chapter discusses Lin Xiuzhu's education in Shandong Province. Lin Xiuzhu hosted Shandong Industrial Education and Shandong Social Education, as well as participated in the organization of the first Shandong goods Exhibition. The third chapter discusses the situation of Lin Xiuzhu's development of Shandong industry. It includes carrying out the policy of persuasion, planting trees, silkworm and cotton planting, and its achievements, evaluation, and the planning of Lin Xiuzhu for resettlement and reclamation in Shandong Province. The fourth chapter discusses the situation of forest Xiuzhu to control the Yellow River. Including Lin Xiuzhu advocated planting tree berm, directed against flood, presided over the details of Li Huang's blocking project, as well as the construction of the Yellow River embankment highway and the dredging of the South Canal, and finally the evaluation of Lin Xiuzhu's achievements in controlling Yellow River. The fifth chapter discusses the situation of Lin Xiuzhu's compilation of Local investigation of Shandong County. Including the introduction of the book and value status, and Licheng County as an example to introduce the content of the book structure.
