【摘要】：近代中外企業(yè)科技進(jìn)步的巨大差距,源自公司制度和家族制度的制度差別以及數(shù)量懸殊的管理原則和生產(chǎn)手段等科技發(fā)明。文章通過比較近代中外企業(yè)之間的科技元素,比如公司制度和家族制度的差別、管理原則和生產(chǎn)手段的發(fā)明數(shù)量,闡述近代中外企業(yè)在科技進(jìn)步方面存在的巨大差距,認(rèn)為中國民族企業(yè)科技進(jìn)步的發(fā)展路徑與西方不同,是一條自上而下的國有企業(yè)主導(dǎo)型的路徑,并使企業(yè)科技的發(fā)明和普及受到了抑制,是政府功能的"錯位"體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The great gap between the scientific and technological progress of modern Chinese and foreign enterprises originates from the institutional differences between the company system and the family system, as well as from the scientific and technological inventions such as the management principle and production means of the great disparity in quantity. By comparing the scientific and technological elements between Chinese and foreign enterprises in modern times, such as the difference between company system and family system, the number of inventions of management principles and means of production, this paper expounds the great gap in the scientific and technological progress of modern Chinese and foreign enterprises. It is considered that the development path of the scientific and technological progress of Chinese national enterprises is different from that of the west, and it is a top-down leading path of state-owned enterprises, which has restrained the invention and popularization of enterprise science and technology, and is the embodiment of the "dislocation" of the government function.
