【摘要】：在國(guó)共關(guān)系相對(duì)融洽的全面抗戰(zhàn)初期,為了改變國(guó)民黨軍隊(duì)名存實(shí)亡的政工體系,在中共影響與扶助下,第二戰(zhàn)區(qū)前敵總指揮部戰(zhàn)地工作團(tuán)成立。工作團(tuán)主要在群眾工作、軍隊(duì)政治工作、豐富駐地國(guó)民黨軍隊(duì)精神生活以及接待來賓等方面開展活動(dòng),并且較多地借鑒了中共西北戰(zhàn)地服務(wù)團(tuán)的工作模式和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),甚至在一些方面直接照搬了西北戰(zhàn)地服務(wù)團(tuán)的工作方式,取得了較好的效果。由于工作團(tuán)的工作風(fēng)格頗具中共作風(fēng),加上國(guó)民黨在1938年以后推行積極反共的方針,在國(guó)民黨武功軍事會(huì)議上,工作團(tuán)被強(qiáng)令解散。作為第二次國(guó)共合作的一個(gè)產(chǎn)物,工作團(tuán)興衰演變的歷史脈絡(luò)恰是國(guó)共關(guān)系由相對(duì)融洽到漸趨緊張的重要體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the War of Resistance against Japan, where the relations between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party were relatively harmonious, in order to change the political and industrial system in which the Kuomintang army survived in name, and with the influence and support of the Chinese Communists, the field work regiment of the former enemy headquarters in the area of World War II was established. The mission mainly carried out activities in the areas of mass work, military political work, enriching the spiritual life of the Kuomintang troops stationed in the area and receiving guests, and drew more lessons from the work model and work experience of the Northwest War Field Service of the Communist Party of China. Even in some aspects directly copied the work of the Northwest Combat Field Service, and achieved better results. Due to the style of work of the work group and the active anti-Communist policy of the Kuomintang after 1938, the work group was forced to disband at the KMT martial arts military conference. As a product of the second cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, the historical context of the rise and fall of the work group is an important embodiment of the relationship between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party from relative harmony to gradual tension.
