【摘要】： 華茶貿(mào)易歷史悠久,鴉片戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)以后,華茶世界市場(chǎng)上的出口量更是扶搖直上,中國(guó)的茶葉國(guó)際貿(mào)易迎來(lái)了一個(gè)繁盛時(shí)期。到了19世紀(jì)中后期,隨著印、錫等新興產(chǎn)茶國(guó)的崛起,我國(guó)以小農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)為主導(dǎo)的傳統(tǒng)茶業(yè)在與這些后起產(chǎn)茶國(guó)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中逐漸敗北,在世界茶葉市場(chǎng)中的份額日趨減少。華茶的衰落對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)的中國(guó)社會(huì)造成了極大的沖擊。面對(duì)中國(guó)茶業(yè)急遽衰落的頹勢(shì),中國(guó)社會(huì)各階層在清末民初采取了一系列挽救華茶的措施,這些挽救活動(dòng)中既包括茶業(yè)觀念層面的更新,又有茶葉生產(chǎn)的改進(jìn)以及市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)拓等諸多方面。雖然這些挽救活動(dòng)在一定程度上推動(dòng)了中國(guó)茶業(yè)的發(fā)展,但是由于受到動(dòng)蕩的社會(huì)環(huán)境、長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)缺乏一個(gè)有效的資本積累機(jī)制以及缺乏一個(gè)強(qiáng)有力的中央政府的整合等因素,致使這些挽救活動(dòng)沒(méi)有能夠從根本上扭轉(zhuǎn)華茶衰落的命運(yùn)。
[Abstract]:Chinese tea trade has a long history. After the Opium War, the export volume of Chinese tea in the world market has soared, and the international trade of Chinese tea has ushered in a prosperous period. By the middle and late 19th century, with the rise of new tea producing countries, such as India and tin, the traditional tea industry, which was dominated by small farmers, gradually lost in the competition with these tea producing countries, and its share in the world tea market was decreasing day by day. The decline of Chinese tea had a great impact on Chinese society at that time. In the face of the rapid decline of the tea industry in China, various strata of Chinese society took a series of measures to save Chinese tea in the late Qing and early Republic of China. These rescue activities included the renewal of the tea industry's concept. There are tea production improvement and market development and many other aspects. Although these rescue activities have promoted the development of China's tea industry to a certain extent, due to the turbulent social environment, the lack of an effective capital accumulation mechanism for a long time and the lack of a strong integration of the central government, etc. As a result, these rescue activities have not been able to fundamentally reverse the decline of the fate of Chinese tea.
