【摘要】：山西巡撫是山西近代化發(fā)展的具體實(shí)施者和實(shí)際主持者,對近代化的發(fā)展起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。通過對晚清山西巡撫與山西近代化的研究,不僅可以考察晚清山西近代化的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,以及近代化對地方造成的影響,而且可以進(jìn)一步揭示巡撫在近代化發(fā)展中的作用。十九世紀(jì)八十年代,張之洞開啟山西近代化進(jìn)程,隨后胡聘之推動(dòng)其初步發(fā)展,到清末新政期間巡撫促使近代化的全面展開,其間困難重重,山西近代化之路十分坎坷。對于山西這樣一個(gè)戰(zhàn)略地位重要,但地處內(nèi)陸的省份來說,了解其近代化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,可以探究清政府的近代化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,考量晚清近代化發(fā)展水平。為便于研究晚清山西巡撫與山西近代化之間的關(guān)系,本文首先對晚清山西整體狀況做一概括,對晚清山西巡撫進(jìn)行近代化改革的背景進(jìn)行考察;其次,對晚清山西巡撫任職情況、巡撫背景等方面進(jìn)行梳理和分析,以期對晚清山西巡撫這一群體有一個(gè)較為完整的認(rèn)知;第三,對晚清山西巡撫在山西近代化中的主要活動(dòng)進(jìn)行梳理,并依據(jù)巡撫的改革狀況把晚清山西近代化劃分為兩大階段,一是十九世紀(jì)后半葉,一是清末新政期間,十九世紀(jì)后半葉的山西近代化發(fā)展極其曲折,到了清末新政期間,山西近代化發(fā)展仍遠(yuǎn)落后于其他沿海沿江省份,著重考察近代化發(fā)展期間山西巡撫與山西近代化之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系;最后,探討晚清山西巡撫在山西近代化進(jìn)程中的作用。步入近代以來,近代化成為了不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢,晚清山西自然社會(huì)狀況不容樂觀,晚清山西巡撫艱難推進(jìn)了山西在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育、軍事等方面的近代化,但是也因自身和時(shí)代的局限性,阻礙了近代化的發(fā)展。通過梳理山西巡撫近代化的舉措,分析其中存在的問題,了解山西近代化的曲折,從而認(rèn)識(shí)到晚清近代化的長期性與艱巨性。
[Abstract]:Shanxi governor is the concrete implementer and actual host of Shanxi modernization development, which plays a vital role in the development of modernization. Through the study of Shanxi governor and Shanxi modernization in the late Qing Dynasty, not only can the development of Shanxi modernization in the late Qing Dynasty be investigated, but also the influence of modernization on the local area can be investigated, and the role of governor in the modernization development can be further revealed. In the 1880s, Zhang Zhidong started the modernization process of Shanxi, then Hu Pin promoted its initial development, and during the New deal of the late Qing Dynasty, the governor promoted the full development of modernization, which encountered many difficulties, and the road of Shanxi modernization was very bumpy. For the strategic position of Shanxi Province, but the inland province, to understand the status of its modernization development, we can explore the status of modernization of the Qing government, to consider the level of development of modernization in the late Qing Dynasty. In order to study the relationship between Shanxi governor and Shanxi modernization in the late Qing Dynasty, this paper firstly generalizes the whole situation of Shanxi in the late Qing Dynasty, and investigates the background of the modernization reform of Shanxi governor in the late Qing Dynasty. In order to have a complete understanding of Shanxi governor in the late Qing Dynasty, this paper reviews and analyzes the situation and background of Shanxi governor in the late Qing Dynasty. Third, it analyzes the background of Shanxi governor in late Qing Dynasty. The main activities of Shanxi governor in the late Qing Dynasty in the modernization of Shanxi were combed, and the modernization of Shanxi in the late Qing Dynasty was divided into two stages, one in the second half of the nineteenth century and the other in the New deal period in the late Qing Dynasty, according to the state of the governor's reform. In the latter half of the nineteenth century, Shanxi's modernization was extremely tortuous. By the end of the Qing Dynasty, the development of Shanxi's modernization still lagged far behind other coastal provinces along the Yangtze River. Focus on the relationship between Shanxi governor and Shanxi modernization during the development of modernization. Finally, discuss the role of Shanxi governor in the process of Shanxi modernization in the late Qing Dynasty. Since the beginning of modern times, modernization has become an irreversible trend. The natural and social conditions of Shanxi in the late Qing Dynasty are not optimistic. The governor of Shanxi in the late Qing Dynasty has pushed forward the modernization of Shanxi in politics, economy, education, military, and so on. But also because of its own limitations and the times, hindered the development of modernization. By combing the measures of Shanxi governor's modernization, analyzing the existing problems and understanding the twists and turns of Shanxi's modernization, the author realized the long-term and arduous nature of the modernization of the late Qing Dynasty.
