【摘要】：1921年上海商界總聯(lián)合會(huì)分裂為以陳則民為代表的舊總會(huì)和以趙南公為中心的新總會(huì),始則肇端于國(guó)民大會(huì)問題上的爭(zhēng)執(zhí),繼則加深于江蘇省議會(huì)選舉上的舞弊。政見的分歧是雙方對(duì)立的基本原因,權(quán)力爭(zhēng)奪是彼此角力的關(guān)鍵因素,商界內(nèi)部的派系矛盾則是新、舊兩總會(huì)攤牌的重要推手,在政爭(zhēng)、權(quán)爭(zhēng)與派系之爭(zhēng)的背后,既摻雜著寧波幫與非寧波幫之間復(fù)雜的地緣因素,也存在著內(nèi)部制度設(shè)計(jì)不合理、商聯(lián)會(huì)成員社會(huì)成分復(fù)雜等組織缺陷。透過這一個(gè)案,不僅可以觀察到商人團(tuán)體參與政治的深度及其所受到的沖擊,更能透視外部政治力量對(duì)商人團(tuán)體的滲透及其所帶來的影響。
[Abstract]:In 1921, the Shanghai General Business Association split into an old association represented by Chen Zemin and a new one with Zhao Nangong as the center. Political differences are the basic cause of the opposition between the two sides, the struggle for power is the key factor in the struggle between the two sides, the factional conflict within the business sector is the new one, and the old two associations are important players in the showdown behind the political, power and factional struggles. There are not only complicated geographical factors between Ningbo gang and non-Ningbo gang, but also some organizational defects, such as unreasonable design of internal system and complicated social elements of members of business association. Through this case, we can not only observe the depth and impact of businessmen 'participation in politics, but also see the influence of external political forces on businessmen' groups.
