【摘要】：撫順煤礦是蘊藏大量優(yōu)質(zhì)煤炭的亞洲最大煤礦。日俄戰(zhàn)爭勝利后,日本政府獲得了南滿洲鐵路和撫順煤礦的開采經(jīng)營權(quán)。日本在大連設(shè)立了“南滿洲鐵道株式會社”(簡稱滿鐵)加強對東北地區(qū)政治與經(jīng)濟方面的控制,并將撫順煤礦作為僅次于鐵路的第二產(chǎn)業(yè)加以經(jīng)營,服務(wù)于日本的殖民統(tǒng)治。日本在撫順利用中國廉價的勞動力獲取了充足礦產(chǎn)資源,還對中國勞工進行非人道的迫害。撫順煤礦的中國勞工不僅勞動條件惡劣,工作量及其繁重,生活舉步維艱,而且生命安全得不到有效的保障。不堪被壓迫和奴役的中國勞工采取諸多方式進行反抗斗爭。本文在概觀撫順煤礦的基礎(chǔ)上,就其勞工問題,從工人募集、勞動過程、工人工資、生活日常等諸多方面進行考察,力爭對于日本的殖民統(tǒng)治,特別是自抗日戰(zhàn)爭以來推行的戰(zhàn)時統(tǒng)制經(jīng)濟,在撫順產(chǎn)生了哪些矛盾,煤礦方面為解決矛盾采取了什么對策,以及由此又帶來何種新的矛盾等問題進行一定探討。本文共分四部分：第一部分是介紹撫順煤礦的基本情況。分為九一八事變前和偽滿時期兩個階段分別進行論述。第二部分主要剖析撫順煤礦對中國勞工的招募和管理。第三部分論述撫順煤礦中國勞工的勞動與生活狀況。以文獻資料為切入點,通過對中國勞工的勞動時間、勞動強度、勞動環(huán)境、勞動災(zāi)害、工資、物價等方面進行深入闡述,進而揭示撫順煤礦中國勞工的實際生活狀況。第四部分重點探究撫順煤礦中國勞工的反抗斗爭。主要從罷工與逃亡等幾方面來分析撫順煤礦中國勞工運動的特點。
[Abstract]:Fushun Coal Mine is the largest coal mine in Asia, which contains a large amount of high-quality coal. After the victory of the Japanese and Russian War, the Japanese government obtained the mining rights of the South Manchuria Railway and Fushun Coal Mine. Japan set up "South Manchuria Railway Corporation" in Dalian to strengthen the control of politics and economy in Northeast China, and took Fushun Coal Mine as the second industry after railway to serve the colonial rule of Japan. In Fushun, Japan used cheap Chinese labor to obtain abundant mineral resources and inhumane persecution of Chinese workers. The Chinese workers in Fushun Coal Mine not only have poor working conditions and heavy workload, but also can not guarantee the safety of their lives effectively. The oppressed and enslaved Chinese labors fought in many ways. On the basis of an overview of Fushun Coal Mine, this paper investigates the labor problems of Fushun Coal Mine from the aspects of worker recruitment, labor process, workers' wages, daily life and so on, in order to strive for the colonial rule of Japan. Especially since the War of Resistance against Japan, what contradictions have been produced in Fushun, what countermeasures have been taken to solve the contradictions in the coal mine, and what new contradictions have been brought about therefrom. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is to introduce the basic situation of Fushun Coal Mine. It is divided into two stages: before the September 18 incident and during the period of pseudo-Manchuria. The second part analyzes the recruitment and management of Chinese workers in Fushun Coal Mine. The third part discusses the labor and living conditions of Chinese workers in Fushun Coal Mine. Based on the literature and materials, this paper expounds the labor time, labor intensity, labor environment, labor disasters, wages and prices of Chinese workers in order to reveal the actual living conditions of Chinese workers in Fushun Coal Mine. The fourth part focuses on the struggle of Chinese workers in Fushun Coal Mine. The characteristics of the Chinese labor movement in Fushun Coal Mine are analyzed from the aspects of strike and escape.
