【摘要】：林則徐是近代中國的偉大愛國者,杰出的民族英雄。他的主要成就在于禁煙,面對(duì)來勢(shì)兇猛的帝國主義的鴉片輸入行徑,他針砭時(shí)弊,揚(yáng)筆作文,一生寫就禁煙公文150篇,將其光輝的禁煙思想熔鑄于文中,成為后世寶貴的財(cái)富。 林則徐是公文寫作的大家,他的禁煙公文主要從禁止吸食鴉片、禁止栽種鴉片、禁止開設(shè)鴉片煙館、禁止開通鴉片貿(mào)易等內(nèi)容入手,表達(dá)自己的嚴(yán)禁鴉片的禁煙政見。 作為禁煙運(yùn)動(dòng)中的主力人物,林則徐為了能促使收文對(duì)象接納自己的政治主張,在行文的布局運(yùn)用獨(dú)到的技巧,在行文的表達(dá)方式方法上多有修飾,在行文的語言技巧上注重三個(gè)“有別”,滴水不漏地履行公文的使命。 林則徐的禁煙公文是時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物,它在維護(hù)清朝正常經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易,穩(wěn)固社會(huì)正常有序秩序,推動(dòng)清政府出臺(tái)、施行各項(xiàng)禁煙政策等方面,起到了十分重要的作用。反觀他的禁煙公文,亦呈現(xiàn)出晚清社會(huì)在政治語境、經(jīng)濟(jì)制度、社會(huì)心理、地域特色等大背景下的社會(huì)情狀。 林則徐的禁煙公文同樣具有極強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,其公文的寫作,不僅為后世同類型的禁令類公文在內(nèi)容上、表達(dá)上提供了極大的參考價(jià)值,其公文中所蘊(yùn)含的愛國主義思想、禁煙禁毒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、禁煙文化的內(nèi)涵等,也對(duì)當(dāng)下社會(huì)也具有重要的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:Lin Zexu is a great patriot and outstanding national hero in modern China. His main achievement was to ban smoking. In the face of the fierce opium import of imperialism, he criticized the current situation and wrote a composition. He wrote 150 official papers on banning smoking in his life, and fused his brilliant anti-smoking thought into the text, and became a precious wealth for later generations. Lin Zexu is a member of the official document writing, his anti-smoking official documents mainly from the prohibition of smoking opium, prohibit the cultivation of opium, ban the opening of opium smoking hall, ban the opening of opium trade and other content, to express his anti-opium anti-smoking political views. As the main figure in the anti-smoking movement, Lin Zexu, in order to make the recipients accept their own political opinions, used unique techniques in the layout of the writing, and had many modifications in the way in which the text was written. Pay attention to three "differences" in the language skill of writing, carry out the mission of official document. Lin Zexu's anti-smoking document is the product of the times. It plays a very important role in maintaining the normal economic and trade of the Qing Dynasty, stabilizing the normal and orderly social order, promoting the introduction of the Qing government and carrying out various anti-smoking policies. In contrast, his anti-smoking documents also showed the social situation of the late Qing society under the background of political context, economic system, social psychology, regional characteristics and so on. Lin Zexu's anti-smoking official document is also of great practical significance. The writing of his official document not only provides a great reference value for the content and expression of the same type of ban official document in later generations, but also the patriotism thought contained in his official document. The experience of anti-smoking and anti-drug and the connotation of anti-smoking culture are also of great significance to the present society.
