1970—2015年上海環(huán)城游憩帶時空演變與動力機(jī)制研究

【摘要】：環(huán)城游憩帶是我國城市居民城郊休閑游憩空間的重要組成部分,對盤活城市郊區(qū)土地資源、合理配置市民游憩空間、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展、保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境等具有重要意義。文章以上海市為例,對1970—2015年新增的401個環(huán)城游憩地進(jìn)行數(shù)理統(tǒng)計與空間分析,將上海環(huán)城游憩帶的時間演化歸納為探索期、介入期、發(fā)展期和鞏固期4個階段,結(jié)果顯示在空間演化過程中具有明顯偏向西南方向的圈層結(jié)構(gòu)與空間外推趨勢,其空間分布具有從分散到集聚,集聚形態(tài)具有從散點到極核到軸線到團(tuán)塊的演化特征,各類型的游憩地也表現(xiàn)出結(jié)構(gòu)演替與圈層分異特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出市場供需機(jī)制、游憩地空間集散機(jī)制與政府調(diào)控機(jī)制是綜合影響其時空演變的動力機(jī)制,并給予相應(yīng)對策建議。
[Abstract]:The urban recreation zone is an important part of the urban suburb leisure and recreation space in our country. It is of great significance to revitalize the land resources of the suburb of the city, allocate the recreation space of the citizens reasonably, coordinate the development of urban and rural areas, and protect the ecological environment. Taking Shanghai as an example, this paper makes mathematical statistics and spatial analysis on 401 new recreational sites around the city from 1970 to 2015, and concludes the time evolution of the recreation zone around the city into four stages: exploration period, intervention period, development period and consolidation period. The results show that there is a tendency of spatial extrapolation in the process of spatial evolution, the spatial distribution of which is from dispersion to agglomeration, and the form of agglomeration is characterized by evolution from divergence point to polar nucleus to axis to mass. All types of recreational sites also show the characteristics of structural succession and circle differentiation. On this basis, it is put forward that the mechanism of market supply and demand, the mechanism of spatial distribution of recreation area and the mechanism of government regulation and control are the motive mechanism that comprehensively influences its space-time evolution, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
