【摘要】： 華北走私,指的是中日戰(zhàn)爭前在中國北部一帶以日本人和韓國人為主有組織地、公開地進行的大規(guī)模走私活動,無論是規(guī)模還是形態(tài)都是歷史上罕見的。本文所研究的20世紀30年代華北地區(qū)的韓人走私活動正是華北走私的重要組成部分。文章以韓人在華北地區(qū)的走私概況作為切入點,進而揭示出韓人走私的幕后黑手,即日本的支持與縱容,再從走私的階段和網(wǎng)絡等角度揭開整個華北走私的全貌,并闡述了華北走私的影響以及國民政府針對華北走私而出臺的一系列措施。 全文基本按照這條邏輯主線,分為六大章節(jié)： 第一章前言,敘述本文的研究背景,選題原因,以及相關(guān)的研究成果； 第二章為華北地區(qū)韓人走私活動概況,從韓人參與華北走私的原因以及韓人在華北地區(qū)走私的物品和形態(tài)兩方面基本描繪出韓人在華北地區(qū)走私的輪廓； 第三章揭示韓人走私背后的推動力量,即日本的策動,通過對日本庇護韓人走私的行為以及走私組織的闡述,進而揭示出日本策動華北走私的原因； 第四章以華北走私全局為著眼點,分為華北走私的階段和華北走私的網(wǎng)絡兩方面內(nèi)容,以期揭開華北走私的全貌； 第五章則視線離開華北走私的具體形態(tài),而聚焦于華北走私所帶來的影響,以及國民政府針對華北走私的所做的緝私工作； 第六章在總結(jié)全文的基礎上得出如下結(jié)論：華北走私數(shù)量之多、規(guī)模之大、行為之猖獗,舉世震驚,在整個華北走私的過程中,韓人充當了“急先鋒”的角色；日本為了達到分離華北的目的而利用走私作為其壓迫手段；國民政府雖然采取了一系列的措施,但終究治標不治本。華北走私之所以如此猖獗,正是在當時特殊的政治、經(jīng)濟背景下,由各種綜合原因累加而導致的。
[Abstract]:Smuggling in North China refers to large-scale smuggling activities in northern China organized mainly by Japanese and Koreans before the Sino-Japanese War, both on a scale and in form, which are rare in history. The Korean smuggling in North China in 1930's is an important part of smuggling in North China. The article takes the general situation of Korean smuggling in North China as the starting point, and then reveals the behind the scenes of Korean smuggling, that is, the support and connivance of Japan, and then reveals the whole situation of smuggling in North China from the angle of smuggling stage and network. The influence of smuggling in North China and a series of measures taken by the National Government to deal with smuggling in North China are expounded. The full text is divided into six chapters according to this logical thread: the first chapter preface, narrates the research background, the selected topic reason, as well as the related research result; The second chapter is the general situation of Korean smuggling activities in North China, which basically describes the outline of Korean smuggling in North China from the reasons of Korean smuggling in North China and the goods and forms of Korean smuggling in North China. The third chapter reveals the driving force behind Korean smuggling, that is, Japan's instigation, through the conduct of Japan sheltering Korean smuggling and the elaboration of smuggling organizations, and then reveals the reasons of Japan's smuggling in North China; The fourth chapter focuses on the whole situation of smuggling in North China, which is divided into two aspects: the stage of smuggling in North China and the network of smuggling in North China, in order to reveal the whole situation of smuggling in North China. The fifth chapter focuses on the influence of smuggling in North China and the anti-smuggling work done by the National Government against smuggling in North China. The sixth chapter draws the following conclusions on the basis of summing up the full text: the number and scale of smuggling in North China is large, the behavior is rampant, the whole world is shocked, and in the whole process of smuggling in North China, South Koreans played the role of "vanguard"; Japan used smuggling as its oppressive means in order to achieve the goal of separating North China; although the National Government adopted a series of measures, it eventually did not cure the symptoms at the root of the disease. The reason why smuggling in North China was so rampant was caused by various comprehensive reasons under the special political and economic background at that time.
