【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,由于戰(zhàn)火的摧毀及日偽對(duì)資產(chǎn)的劫奪,四明商業(yè)儲(chǔ)蓄銀行難以在東南沿海一帶發(fā)展,逐漸重心內(nèi)移,包括將總行內(nèi)遷重慶,并在西南、西北地區(qū)廣設(shè)分支機(jī)構(gòu),積極擴(kuò)展在內(nèi)地的業(yè)務(wù)。該行戰(zhàn)時(shí)在大后方不僅自身獲得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,而且秉承國(guó)民政府強(qiáng)化金融、經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)制政策,聯(lián)合其他內(nèi)遷金融機(jī)構(gòu),對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期大后方的經(jīng)濟(jì)金融建設(shè)以及促進(jìn)東西部金融格局趨于平衡做出了自己的一份貢獻(xiàn)。此外,在西部艱難環(huán)境中,該行運(yùn)用各種手段從事經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng),自身獲利的同時(shí),為西部開發(fā)和堅(jiān)持抗戰(zhàn)做出的貢獻(xiàn)也不可忽視。但是,戰(zhàn)后該行又將重點(diǎn)放在東南沿海發(fā)展,在內(nèi)地的金融機(jī)構(gòu)逐漸萎縮。 本文擬以抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期四明商業(yè)儲(chǔ)蓄銀行內(nèi)遷為主線,宏觀分析戰(zhàn)時(shí)四明商業(yè)儲(chǔ)蓄銀行內(nèi)遷的背景。同時(shí),微觀分析四明商業(yè)儲(chǔ)蓄銀行內(nèi)遷的過(guò)程與特點(diǎn)以及在內(nèi)地的發(fā)展,兼顧分析四明商業(yè)儲(chǔ)蓄銀行內(nèi)遷的作用與局限,通過(guò)全方位,多角度的研究,力求展現(xiàn)出抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期四名商業(yè)儲(chǔ)蓄內(nèi)遷及其在內(nèi)地的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的全貌。在本文的寫作中,力求運(yùn)用第一手的原始資料,充分挖掘新的檔案等史料。此外,對(duì)公開出版物中的史料進(jìn)行全方位、多角度解讀,力爭(zhēng)做到論據(jù)充分,論證恰當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, due to the destruction of the war and the seizure of assets by the Japanese puppet, it was difficult for the Siming Commercial savings Bank to develop along the southeast coast and gradually shift its center of gravity, including the relocation of the head office to Chongqing, and the establishment of extensive branches in the southwest and northwest regions. Actively expand its business in the mainland. During the war, the bank not only made great progress in the rear area during the war, but also adhered to the national government's policy of strengthening finance and economic control, and joined with other financial institutions that moved inland. It made its own contribution to the economic and financial construction in the rear area during the War of Resistance against Japan and to promoting the balance of the financial pattern between east and west. In addition, in the difficult environment in the west, the bank used all kinds of means to engage in business activities, and at the same time, the bank made contributions to the development of the western region and to persist in the war of resistance at the same time. After the war, however, the bank focused on southeast coastal development, and financial institutions in the mainland gradually shrank. Based on the internal migration of Siming Commercial savings Bank during the War of Resistance against Japan, this paper makes a macro analysis of the background of the internal migration of Siming Commercial savings Bank in wartime. At the same time, microcosmic analysis of the process and characteristics of the internal migration of Siming Commercial savings Bank and its development in the interior, as well as the analysis of the functions and limitations of the internal migration of the Commercial savings Bank of Siming, are studied from a comprehensive and multi-angle perspective. Try to show the internal migration of four commercial savings and its business development in the mainland during the War of Resistance against Japan. In the writing of this paper, we try to use the first-hand original materials, fully excavate new archives and other historical materials. In addition, the historical materials in public publications are interpreted in all directions and from various angles, and the arguments are sufficient and appropriate.
