【摘要】：三線建設(shè)研究是國(guó)史研究中的重要問題,吸引了眾多學(xué)者的關(guān)注,涌現(xiàn)出了一大批相當(dāng)精深的學(xué)術(shù)成果。從社會(huì)生活史和日常生活史的角度切入,以飲食生活為切口,可以展現(xiàn)三線人的生存狀態(tài)和三線文化的某些側(cè)面。在三線建設(shè)親歷者看來,"苦"是飲食生活最集中的記憶和表達(dá),食物來源、如何吃上飯等,都是需要面對(duì)的具體問題。而在飲食生活開展的過程中,體現(xiàn)了相對(duì)平等的價(jià)值觀,但也帶有深刻的時(shí)代烙印。飲食的意義,還在于三線建設(shè)群體試圖通過飲食場(chǎng)景的開展,來構(gòu)建和強(qiáng)化群體認(rèn)同。三線人至今仍是一個(gè)個(gè)鮮活的存在,這就要求在三線建設(shè)研究中,既要注意歷史事件的闡釋及其意義的發(fā)掘,還原歷史現(xiàn)場(chǎng),還要對(duì)其進(jìn)行合乎邏輯的詮釋,讓三線建設(shè)的精神得以傳揚(yáng)。
[Abstract]:The study of third line construction is an important issue in the study of national history, which has attracted the attention of many scholars and sprung up a large number of profound academic achievements. From the angle of social life history and daily life history, taking diet life as the incision, we can show the living state of the third line people and some aspects of the third line culture. In the view of those who have experienced the third line construction, "suffering" is the most concentrated memory and expression of food life, food sources, how to eat food, and so on, are all the specific problems that need to be faced. In the course of the development of diet, it embodies the relatively equal values, but also has a profound brand of the times. The significance of diet is that the third-line construction group tries to construct and strengthen the group identity through the development of diet scene. The third tier is still alive and well. This requires that in the study of the third line construction, attention should be paid to the interpretation of historical events and the excavation of their significance, to restore the historical scene, and to interpret it logically. So that the spirit of three-line construction can be spread.
