【摘要】：思想政治工作是中國共產(chǎn)黨的政治優(yōu)勢和優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),自建黨以來一直發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。思想政治工作是經(jīng)濟(jì)工作和其他一切工作的“生命線”,是團(tuán)結(jié)全黨和全國各族人民實(shí)現(xiàn)黨和國家各項(xiàng)任務(wù)的“中心環(huán)節(jié)”,為改革開放和現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)提供強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力與保證。正是由于思想政治工作所具有的重要作用,對其進(jìn)行深入研究是十分必要的。 目前,國內(nèi)外對于中國共產(chǎn)黨思想政治工作的研究十分活躍。專家學(xué)者從不同的角度對黨在各個(gè)時(shí)期的思想政治工作進(jìn)行了研究。但是,對黨在抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期和解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期思想政治工作進(jìn)行比較研究的很少,本著探索的目的,本文從四個(gè)方面對抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期和解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期黨的思想政治工作進(jìn)行比較研究,在概括分析抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期和解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期黨的思想政治教育工作狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,從軍隊(duì)思想政治工作、干部教育、黨內(nèi)教育、以及黨對農(nóng)民的思想政治工作四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較研究,從中可以找出兩個(gè)時(shí)期思想政治工作所具有的共同點(diǎn)及其理論創(chuàng)新,為今天黨開展思想政治教育工作提供歷史的借鑒。 當(dāng)前,面對復(fù)雜的國內(nèi)外形勢,黨的思想政治工作面臨更多的挑戰(zhàn)和問題,因此,以史為鑒,提高思想政治工作的成效,充分發(fā)揮思想政治工作在我國社會(huì)主義建設(shè)中的巨大作用就顯得尤為重要。本文試圖通過對抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期和解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期黨的思想政治工作的比較分析,為當(dāng)前黨開展思想政治工作提供一些可以借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和方法。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political work is the political advantage and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China, and has been playing an extremely important role since the founding of the Party. Ideological and political work is the "lifeline" of economic work and all other work, it is the "central link" for uniting the whole party and the people of all ethnic groups in the country to realize all tasks of the party and the state, and it provides a powerful motive force and guarantee for the cause of reform, opening up, and modernization. It is because of the important role of ideological and political work, it is very necessary to further study it. At present, the research on the ideological and political work of the Communist Party of China is very active at home and abroad. Experts and scholars have studied the ideological and political work of the Party in various periods from different angles. However, few of the comparative studies of the Party's ideological and political work during the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation were carried out for the purpose of exploration. This paper makes a comparative study of the Party's ideological and political work during the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation from four aspects, on the basis of a general analysis of the ideological and political work of the Party during the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation. Through a comparative study of the ideological and political work of the army, cadre education, inner-party education, and the Party's ideological and political work of the peasants, we can find out the common points and theoretical innovations of the ideological and political work in the two periods. For today's party to carry out ideological and political education to provide historical reference. At present, in the face of complex domestic and foreign situations, the party's ideological and political work is facing more challenges and problems. Therefore, learning from history and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political work, It is particularly important to give full play to the great role of ideological and political work in the socialist construction of our country. Through the comparative analysis of the Party's ideological and political work during the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation, this paper tries to provide some experience and methods for the Party to carry out ideological and political work.
