【摘要】：19世紀(jì)中后期由于法國侵略越南而引起的中法兩國政府之間的交涉,是近代中法關(guān)系史上的重要一頁。清政府內(nèi)部對(duì)于這個(gè)既牽涉到傳統(tǒng)宗藩關(guān)系又牽涉到近代中國與列強(qiáng)關(guān)系的越南問題的認(rèn)識(shí)、態(tài)度及主張極為復(fù)雜。這些主張充滿了矛盾和沖突,或著眼于近代國際政治和中西關(guān)系的實(shí)踐,或溯源于傳統(tǒng)、傳統(tǒng)觀念乃至與此有密切關(guān)系的傳統(tǒng)宗藩關(guān)系和中外關(guān)系的實(shí)踐;或積極,或消極;或反映了中西體制的沖突,或體現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)體制本身的矛盾。從這些紛紜復(fù)雜的主張中可以看出這一時(shí)期清廷的處變策略。
[Abstract]:The negotiation between the Chinese and French governments caused by the invasion of Vietnam by France in the middle and late 19th century is an important page in the history of Sino-French relations in modern times. The understanding, attitude and propositions of the Vietnam, which involves both the traditional suzerain-vassal relationship and the modern China's relations with the great powers, are very complicated in the Qing government. These propositions are full of contradictions and conflicts, or focus on the practice of modern international politics and Sino-Western relations, or trace back to the traditional, traditional concepts and even the practice of traditional suzerain-vassal relations and Sino-foreign relations, which are closely related to them; Or reflects the conflict between the Chinese and Western systems, or reflects the contradictions of the traditional system itself. From these complicated propositions, we can see the changing tactics of the Qing government in this period.
