【摘要】：1930年創(chuàng)辦于上海市南京路的中華國產(chǎn)聯(lián)合商場,是近代首家設(shè)于公共租界的國貨商店。憑借著對"產(chǎn)、銷、金融相結(jié)合"組織模式的大膽嘗試,及作為指導(dǎo)綱領(lǐng)的《建設(shè)國貨營業(yè)計(jì)劃》的提出,中華國產(chǎn)聯(lián)合商場獲得了政府的支持和贊助,被譽(yù)為"滬上國貨供銷之樞紐"。然好景不長,中華國產(chǎn)聯(lián)合商場集娛樂與營銷于一體的經(jīng)營模式很快與租界安全監(jiān)管制度發(fā)生嚴(yán)重沖突,隨之為工部局非法查封�；谥腥A國產(chǎn)聯(lián)合商場的民族主義特質(zhì),及工部局的違約行徑,該案集國貨運(yùn)動之經(jīng)濟(jì)意義與廢約運(yùn)動之政治意義于一身,成為一場輿論沸騰的中外糾紛,展現(xiàn)了20世紀(jì)30年代國民政府收回法權(quán)的努力已取得成效的背后,中國對外司法實(shí)踐與維權(quán)依舊復(fù)雜而艱難的困局。
[Abstract]:Founded in 1930 in Nanjing Road, Shanghai, China-made United Mall is the first Chinese-made store in modern times in public concessions. With the bold attempt of "combining production, sales and finance" and the proposal of the "Business Plan for Building domestic goods" as a guiding program, the Chinese-made United Mall has been supported and sponsored by the government. Known as the "Shanghai Shanghai goods supply and marketing hub." However, not long, the Chinese domestic United shopping mall entertainment and marketing in one business model quickly and concession security supervision system serious conflict, followed by the Ministry of Industry Bureau of illegal seizure. Based on the nationalistic nature of the Chinese-made joint shopping mall and the breach of contract by the Ministry of Industry, the case, which combines the economic significance of the domestic goods movement with the political significance of the abolition movement, has become a public opinion boiling dispute between China and foreign countries. It shows that the national government's efforts to recover the legal power in the 1930s have achieved results, and China's foreign judicial practice and rights protection are still complex and difficult difficulties.
