【摘要】：閻錫山是中國(guó)近代史上的重要?dú)v史人物，執(zhí)政山西長(zhǎng)達(dá)38年之久，在其執(zhí)政期間，山西的金融業(yè)由傳統(tǒng)走向了現(xiàn)代,而晉鈔作為閻錫山掌晉期間所發(fā)行的主要貨幣，與山西金融業(yè)的發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。本文即通過對(duì)1917—1936年這一階段閻錫山的金融政策與晉鈔發(fā)行之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析研究，了解晉鈔對(duì)近現(xiàn)代山西金融業(yè)的發(fā)展所具有的影響和借鑒作用。 本文共分五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章為緒論，該部分從文章選題的目的和意義、學(xué)術(shù)回顧、研究方法、研究中的創(chuàng)新和不足四個(gè)方面就選題的相關(guān)內(nèi)容作了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹。正文部分共分有四章。本文第二章主要對(duì)晚清及軍政府時(shí)期的山西金融狀況作了簡(jiǎn)單概述，對(duì)山西傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)與新興金融業(yè)存在的矛盾與復(fù)雜關(guān)系進(jìn)行了論述。第三章和第四章是文章的主體部分。其中第三章以時(shí)間為脈絡(luò)對(duì)中原大戰(zhàn)前的晉鈔發(fā)行狀況和晉鈔濫發(fā)引發(fā)的金融危機(jī)進(jìn)行歷史的還原，并對(duì)該時(shí)期晉鈔發(fā)行的原因、特點(diǎn)、結(jié)果和影響分別進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡釋。第四章主要介紹了閻錫山重新上臺(tái)以后對(duì)山西金融業(yè)所做的全面整改，對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)前的山西金融業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行客觀分析。第五章介紹了抗戰(zhàn)前閻錫山的主要金融思想，并對(duì)閻錫山金融思想的轉(zhuǎn)變進(jìn)行了分析論述。第六章是結(jié)語部分，以貨幣在金融發(fā)展中的作用為引導(dǎo)全面總結(jié)了閻錫山金融政策的實(shí)施狀況，并就閻錫山的金融政策的實(shí)施提出現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和歷史意義。 本文依據(jù)大量的文獻(xiàn)檔案資料，運(yùn)用區(qū)域史、實(shí)證分析等歷史學(xué)研究的基本方法，對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)前的閻錫山發(fā)行晉鈔狀況分時(shí)間段進(jìn)行梳理分析，，就每一時(shí)期所發(fā)行的影響進(jìn)行概括總結(jié)，折射出閻錫山的金融理念，反映了閻錫山的金融政策對(duì)近代山西金融的發(fā)展所造成的影響。
[Abstract]:Yan Xishan is an important historical figure in the modern history of China. It has been in power for 38 years. During its reign, Shanxi's financial industry moved from tradition to modernity, and Jin banknotes were the main currency issued by Yan Xishan during the Jin Dynasty. It is closely related to the development of Shanxi financial industry. Through the analysis of the relationship between the financial policy of Yan Xishan and the issuance of Jin banknote in 1917-1936, this paper tries to understand the influence of Jin banknote on the development of Shanxi financial industry in modern times and its reference function. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. This part briefly introduces the content of the topic from four aspects: the purpose and significance of the topic, academic review, research methods, innovation and lack of research. The text is divided into four chapters. The second chapter mainly summarizes the financial situation of Shanxi in the late Qing Dynasty and the military government period, and discusses the contradiction and complex relationship between the traditional financial industry and the new financial industry in Shanxi. The third and fourth chapters are the main part of the article. The third chapter takes the time as the context to carry on the historical restoration to the Jin banknote issue condition before the Central Plains War and the financial crisis caused by the Jin banknote abuse, and has carried on the systematic explanation to the Jin banknote issuing reason, the characteristic, the result and the influence respectively in that period. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the overall reform of Shanxi's financial industry after Yan Xishan came to power, and analyzes objectively the development of Shanxi's financial industry before the War of Resistance against Japan. Chapter five introduces the main financial thoughts of Yan Xishan before the War of Resistance against Japan, and analyzes the transformation of Yan Xishan's financial thoughts. The sixth chapter is the conclusion part, taking the function of money in the financial development as the guide, summarizes the Yan Xishan financial policy implementation situation comprehensively, and proposes the realistic significance and the historical significance to the Yan Xishan financial policy implementation. Based on a large number of documents and archives, this paper analyzes the status of Yan Xishan issuing Jin banknotes before the War of Resistance against Japan by using the basic methods of historical research, such as regional history, empirical analysis, and so on. This paper summarizes the influence of each period, reflects the financial concept of Yan Xishan, and reflects the influence of the financial policy of Yan Xishan on the development of modern Shanxi finance.
