【摘要】： 本論文從民族主義的視角對(duì)中國(guó)近代城市規(guī)劃歷史上與民族意識(shí)聯(lián)系緊密的城市規(guī)劃實(shí)踐展開研究。通過分析研究中國(guó)近代史上的社會(huì)思潮,辨清中國(guó)近代城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展演變的特殊性,揭示中國(guó)近代城市規(guī)劃文化內(nèi)涵中的民族自我和民族獨(dú)立意識(shí)。同時(shí),探索不同歷史時(shí)期在中國(guó)近代民族主義推動(dòng)下之城市規(guī)劃的思想內(nèi)容、類型結(jié)構(gòu),以此為線索探究中國(guó)近代民族主義城市規(guī)劃思潮的特征。 論文分析了民族主義的發(fā)展演變以及與中國(guó)近代城市規(guī)劃的相互作用,通過對(duì)民族主義轉(zhuǎn)化形式的社會(huì)思潮進(jìn)行引介,并依據(jù)對(duì)民族危機(jī)具體認(rèn)同對(duì)象的差異,將中國(guó)近代民族主義城市規(guī)劃思潮區(qū)分為以民族生存危機(jī)為體認(rèn)的自強(qiáng)建設(shè)階段(1840-1911)和以民族文化危機(jī)為體認(rèn)的文化建設(shè)階段(1911-1949)。前一階段,在洋務(wù)思潮、維新思潮的影響下,各種救亡圖存的城市建設(shè)圍繞四個(gè)層面展開,即城市局部建設(shè)、區(qū)域規(guī)劃、社會(huì)規(guī)劃中的教育規(guī)劃和城市發(fā)展制度,這些建設(shè)活動(dòng)都指向反帝排外、實(shí)現(xiàn)民族獨(dú)立的政治價(jià)值；后一階段,一方面有共和思潮的余音,但更多是在三大民族文化關(guān)懷(“存學(xué)”國(guó)粹派、東方文化派、中國(guó)本位觀)的思潮作用下之文化建設(shè)思考,這三種思潮是在不同歷史時(shí)期對(duì)民族文化關(guān)懷的遞進(jìn),使得此時(shí)期民族主義城市規(guī)劃的歷史演進(jìn)呈現(xiàn)出對(duì)這三種思想趨勢(shì)的直接回應(yīng)。 與此同時(shí),文章通過梳理殖民主義城市規(guī)劃的史料,引入假民族主義的概念來討論城市規(guī)劃的政治價(jià)值決斷,并展望城市建設(shè)與社會(huì)思想的互動(dòng)對(duì)城市規(guī)劃的影響。 本文旨在通過對(duì)中國(guó)近代民族主義城市規(guī)劃思潮的分析,豐富和拓寬對(duì)中國(guó)近代城市規(guī)劃歷史的研究。同時(shí),希望通過建立城市規(guī)劃與社會(huì)思潮之間的聯(lián)系體系,幫助和啟迪今天城市規(guī)劃活動(dòng)的開展。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of nationalism, this paper studies the practice of urban planning, which is closely related to national consciousness in the history of modern urban planning in China. By analyzing and studying the social trend of thought in the modern history of China, this paper distinguishes the particularity of the development and evolution of modern urban planning in China, and reveals the national self and national independence consciousness in the cultural connotation of modern urban planning in China. At the same time, it explores the ideological content and type structure of urban planning under the impetus of Chinese modern nationalism in different historical periods, taking this as a clue to explore the characteristics of the trend of thought of urban planning in modern Chinese nationalism. This paper analyzes the development and evolution of nationalism and its interaction with modern urban planning in China, introduces the social trend of thought in the form of nationalistic transformation, and according to the differences of the specific objects of identity to the national crisis. The trend of urban planning of modern nationalism in China is divided into two stages: the stage of self-strengthening based on the national survival crisis (1840-1911) and the stage of cultural construction based on the national cultural crisis (1911-1949). In the previous stage, under the influence of Westernization and Reform, the construction of various urban projects to save the nation was carried out around four levels, namely, urban local construction, regional planning, educational planning in social planning and urban development system. These construction activities all point to the political value of anti-imperialist exclusion and the realization of national independence. In the latter stage, on the one hand, there is a republicanism, but more in the cultural concern of the three major ethnic groups ("existential" and "Eastern"). The thought of cultural construction under the action of the ideological trend of Chinese standard. These three trends of thought are progressive to the national culture care in different historical periods. The historical evolution of nationalist urban planning in this period presents a direct response to these three ideological trends. At the same time, by combing the historical data of colonial urban planning, introducing the concept of pseudo-nationalism to discuss the political value determination of urban planning, and looking forward to the interaction between urban construction and social ideas on urban planning. The purpose of this paper is to enrich and broaden the research on the history of urban planning in modern China through the analysis of the trend of thought of modern nationalist urban planning in China. At the same time, I hope to help and enlighten the development of urban planning activities by establishing the connection system between urban planning and social thoughts.
