【摘要】：長征是在第五次反“圍剿”失敗之后,根據(jù)地面臨巨大的軍事政治危機(jī)前提下被迫進(jìn)行的戰(zhàn)略大轉(zhuǎn)移,長征途中開展擴(kuò)紅運動則是在國民黨軍隊圍追阻截,沿途惡劣的自然環(huán)境導(dǎo)致巨大人員消耗前提下開展的,沿途擴(kuò)紅不斷為紅軍軍隊補(bǔ)充了新鮮血液,保存了戰(zhàn)斗力,為長征的勝利提供了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。 為了最大范圍地擴(kuò)大紅軍規(guī)模,黨和紅軍在擴(kuò)紅對象和形式上狠下功夫。長征沿路擴(kuò)紅對象十分廣泛,主要以工農(nóng)貧苦大眾為主,除此還有少數(shù)民族、戰(zhàn)俘以及地方武裝的赤少隊和模范營,其宣傳形式也是豐富多彩,有口頭宣傳、文藝宣傳還有文字宣傳三種常用形式,同時還深入群眾,通過言傳身教,為群眾解決生活困難,為群眾辦實事贏得群眾支持和擁護(hù),對于戰(zhàn)俘,在思想上認(rèn)真教育,在生活中關(guān)心照顧,盡可能讓他們轉(zhuǎn)變態(tài)度自愿加入紅軍,壯大軍隊力量。 經(jīng)過黨和紅軍的不斷努力,長征途中的擴(kuò)紅取得相當(dāng)大的成績,首先,擴(kuò)紅運動使紅軍順利實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略大轉(zhuǎn)移,使黨和紅軍轉(zhuǎn)危為安,為接下來的抗日救國做好準(zhǔn)備,其次,在沿途宣傳擴(kuò)紅政策的同時,黨和紅軍很好的宣傳了黨的民族政策和宗教政策,加強(qiáng)了民族團(tuán)結(jié),促進(jìn)了各族人民的友好,這對當(dāng)今處理民族關(guān)系也提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗。最后,只擴(kuò)大不鞏固的擴(kuò)紅是失敗的,因此黨和紅軍采取一系列鞏固政策：如鞏固新戰(zhàn)士,優(yōu)待紅軍家屬,歸隊運動等各項措施夯實擴(kuò)紅成果,在鞏固的基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大紅軍,真正意義上提高軍隊?wèi)?zhàn)斗力,壯大了軍隊力量。

Finally, it is a failure to expand only unconsolidated red, so the Party and the Red Army have adopted a series of consolidation policies, such as consolidating the new fighters, giving preferential treatment to the Red Army's family members, consolidating the achievements of the Red Army, and continuing to expand the Red Army on the basis of consolidation. In a real sense, the army has increased its combat effectiveness and strengthened its strength.
