【摘要】：北京政府自接到參加華盛頓會議的邀請后,即著手組織代表團(tuán),希冀以孫中山為首的南方政府派人共同赴會,但遭到嚴(yán)拒。代表問題一時成了輿論關(guān)注的焦點,社會各界從不同的立場出發(fā),紛紛發(fā)表見解。會議期間,孫中山仍派出私人代表馬素赴美,適機(jī)闡明南方政府的嚴(yán)正態(tài)度。不選派正式代表出席華盛頓會議,對急于尋求國際承認(rèn)和列強支持的南方政府來說,失去了一次在國際舞臺發(fā)聲的機(jī)會,不能不說是一種損失。隨后,孫中山對會議結(jié)果及日本帝國主義提出嚴(yán)厲批評,外交策略的抉擇也發(fā)生了根本性變化。
[Abstract]:After being invited to the Washington conference, the Beijing government set out to organize a delegation, hoping that the southern government, led by Sun Zhongshan, would send people to the meeting, but was severely refused. Representative issue has become the focus of public opinion, the community from different positions, have expressed their views. During the meeting, Sun Zhongshan still sent a personal representative, Marcel Marceau, to the United States to explain the southern government's Yan Zheng attitude. Not sending an official representative to the Washington meeting is a loss for a southern government eager to seek international recognition and support from the powers, a chance to speak out on the international stage. Later, Sun Zhongshan criticized the outcome of the meeting and Japanese imperialism, and the choice of diplomatic strategy changed radically.
