【摘要】：全面抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)前后,為適應新的革命形勢尤其是全面抗戰(zhàn)的需要,中國共產(chǎn)黨亟需大量知識青年充實革命隊伍。為此,抵達陜北后的中共中央,新創(chuàng)辦了一所革命大學——陜北公學。為了將奔赴延安的進步青年培養(yǎng)成為適應戰(zhàn)時需要的革命青年,陜北公學在"造就抗日救國先鋒"這一干部教育方針的指導下,在政治素養(yǎng)、實干能力等方面對他們進行集中短期錘煉。這種短促輪訓性質(zhì)的干部教育模式,不僅培養(yǎng)了大批抗日救國的先鋒,為敵后抗日根據(jù)地的廣泛開辟和全面抗戰(zhàn)的最終勝利準備了基干力量,而且造就了大批抗日救國的先鋒,為新民主主義革命的最后勝利和新中國建設打下了堅實的干部基礎,還對此后我國高等教育和黨的干部教育產(chǎn)生了重大影響。
[Abstract]:Before and after the outbreak of the comprehensive anti Japanese War, in order to meet the needs of the new revolutionary situation, especially the comprehensive anti Japanese War, the Communist Party of China urgently needs a large number of knowledge-based youth to enrich the revolutionary team. To this end, the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of China, after arriving in the northern part of Shaanxi Province, has newly established a revolutionary University, the public school of Northern Shaanxi, to cultivate the progressive youth to Yanan to meet the needs of the war time.
