【摘要】：全面抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)前后,為適應(yīng)新的革命形勢(shì)尤其是全面抗戰(zhàn)的需要,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨亟需大量知識(shí)青年充實(shí)革命隊(duì)伍。為此,抵達(dá)陜北后的中共中央,新創(chuàng)辦了一所革命大學(xué)——陜北公學(xué)。為了將奔赴延安的進(jìn)步青年培養(yǎng)成為適應(yīng)戰(zhàn)時(shí)需要的革命青年,陜北公學(xué)在"造就抗日救國(guó)先鋒"這一干部教育方針的指導(dǎo)下,在政治素養(yǎng)、實(shí)干能力等方面對(duì)他們進(jìn)行集中短期錘煉。這種短促輪訓(xùn)性質(zhì)的干部教育模式,不僅培養(yǎng)了大批抗日救國(guó)的先鋒,為敵后抗日根據(jù)地的廣泛開(kāi)辟和全面抗戰(zhàn)的最終勝利準(zhǔn)備了基干力量,而且造就了大批抗日救國(guó)的先鋒,為新民主主義革命的最后勝利和新中國(guó)建設(shè)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的干部基礎(chǔ),還對(duì)此后我國(guó)高等教育和黨的干部教育產(chǎn)生了重大影響。
[Abstract]:Before and after the outbreak of the comprehensive anti Japanese War, in order to meet the needs of the new revolutionary situation, especially the comprehensive anti Japanese War, the Communist Party of China urgently needs a large number of knowledge-based youth to enrich the revolutionary team. To this end, the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of China, after arriving in the northern part of Shaanxi Province, has newly established a revolutionary University, the public school of Northern Shaanxi, to cultivate the progressive youth to Yanan to meet the needs of the war time.
