【摘要】：辛亥革命時(shí)期,南昌、九江紅十字會(huì)的成立,宣告了江西紅十字運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)端。民國(guó)以后,江西紅十字會(huì)通過(guò)擴(kuò)建分會(huì)組織、籌措資金、征求會(huì)員,組織建設(shè)逐漸完善。在此基礎(chǔ)上,江西紅十字會(huì)在戰(zhàn)地救護(hù)、災(zāi)害救濟(jì)、醫(yī)療服務(wù)等方面取得顯著成績(jī),成為民國(guó)江西慈善事業(yè)的重要組成部分。在國(guó)家與社會(huì)的視野下,江西紅十字會(huì)與政府的關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了明顯的變化,即由前期的相互協(xié)作配合,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楹笃诘谋恢渑c支配的關(guān)系。國(guó)民政府將紅會(huì)收歸官辦以后,使江西紅十字會(huì)由地方政府管轄,逐漸喪失了民間社團(tuán)的獨(dú)立性,進(jìn)而淪為政府的附庸。這種關(guān)系的變化深刻體現(xiàn)了國(guó)家與社會(huì)的融合與沖突。
[Abstract]:During the 1911 Revolution, the founding of Nanchang and Jiujiang Red Cross Society announced the beginning of Jiangxi Red Cross Movement. Since the Republic of China, the Jiangxi Red Cross has gradually improved its organization by expanding its branch organization, raising funds, soliciting members and building its organization. On this basis, Jiangxi Red Cross made remarkable achievements in field rescue, disaster relief, medical service and so on, and became an important part of Jiangxi charity in the Republic of China. From the perspective of the state and society, the relationship between the Red Cross and the government in Jiangxi has undergone obvious changes, that is, the relationship between the Red Cross and the government has changed from the cooperation in the early stage to the relationship between being dominated and dominated in the later period. After the national government relegated the Red Cross Society to the government, the Jiangxi Red Cross Society was ruled by the local government and gradually lost the independence of the civil society, and then became the vassal of the government. The change of this relationship deeply reflects the fusion and conflict between the state and society.
