【摘要】： 國(guó)民黨(1927-1937年)的文藝統(tǒng)制,主要體現(xiàn)在它的文藝政策的制定、文學(xué)社團(tuán)的組建、文藝媒介的建立、文藝審查的實(shí)施等幾個(gè)方面。國(guó)民黨在南京建立政權(quán)后的十年間,由于面臨國(guó)內(nèi)外諸多問(wèn)題,其執(zhí)政的理念和策略是民族主義。當(dāng)民族主義作為一種意識(shí)形態(tài)與國(guó)家權(quán)力糾結(jié)在一起,這種民族主義便表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的統(tǒng)制特征,而民族主義與民眾的民族情緒及知識(shí)精英的文化民族主義交織時(shí),又呈現(xiàn)出極其曖昧的色彩。國(guó)民黨的民族主義既與現(xiàn)實(shí)政治斗爭(zhēng)密切相關(guān),又與國(guó)家建設(shè)和抗擊外侮緊密聯(lián)系,呈現(xiàn)出極為復(fù)雜的面貌。這種復(fù)雜性必然滲透到一系列文化舉措中,影響文學(xué)、藝術(shù)的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)機(jī)制。國(guó)民黨在文藝領(lǐng)域的統(tǒng)制不過(guò)是其整個(gè)國(guó)家統(tǒng)制的一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)和組成部分,它為南京政權(quán)提供政治合法性與意識(shí)形態(tài)支持。文藝成為國(guó)民黨文化統(tǒng)制的最重要的領(lǐng)域,中共的文化斗爭(zhēng)策略是最直接的觸媒,同時(shí)也與國(guó)民黨人的認(rèn)識(shí)以及近代以來(lái)形成的思想傳統(tǒng)有關(guān)。本論文試圖從歷史和思想理論的大背景下,透過(guò)細(xì)致的史料梳理與分析,呈現(xiàn)國(guó)民黨文藝統(tǒng)制的復(fù)雜面貌并透視其根源。 本論文共分為六個(gè)部分： 第一部分是引言：介紹該選題研究的基本現(xiàn)狀和研究動(dòng)機(jī),闡述研究意義及理論、方法。 第二部分是論文第一章：國(guó)民黨實(shí)施文藝統(tǒng)制的思想基礎(chǔ)是民族主義,在取得政權(quán)后的十年間的文化目標(biāo)就是將民族主義建構(gòu)為一元的意識(shí)形態(tài),試圖以此促進(jìn)其政權(quán)的合法性建設(shè),同時(shí)對(duì)民眾進(jìn)行民族國(guó)家觀念的灌輸。國(guó)民黨的民族主義意識(shí)形態(tài)建構(gòu)是在三民主義的旗號(hào)下進(jìn)行的,從三民主義到民族主義的演變,既是權(quán)威合法性的繼承,也是其現(xiàn)實(shí)政治的需要。體現(xiàn)在文藝領(lǐng)域,就是文藝政策的制定、文藝社團(tuán)的組建、文藝媒介的建立、文藝審查的施行等幾個(gè)方面,各自獨(dú)成系統(tǒng)又相互交織。 第三部分是論文第二章：梳理國(guó)民黨文藝政策的出現(xiàn)與國(guó)家文藝體制建設(shè)的關(guān)系,國(guó)民黨文藝政策與“三民主義文學(xué)”、“民族主義文學(xué)運(yùn)動(dòng)”及“通俗文藝運(yùn)動(dòng)”的關(guān)系。分析國(guó)民黨推動(dòng)文藝運(yùn)動(dòng)的政治化思維方式及“大眾化”改造意圖和失敗原因。 第四部分是第三章：探討文學(xué)社團(tuán)與作家的組織化問(wèn)題。立足第一手材料分析國(guó)民黨中央宣傳部直接創(chuàng)辦的“中國(guó)文藝社”,各級(jí)黨部創(chuàng)辦和扶持的提倡“民族主義文學(xué)”的“前鋒社”、“開(kāi)展社”、“黃鐘文藝社”等社團(tuán),以及國(guó)民黨內(nèi)各種政治勢(shì)力創(chuàng)辦的“線路社”、“流露社”、“新壘社”等社團(tuán)的基本運(yùn)作手段與作家的組織化策略。文藝社團(tuán)通過(guò)對(duì)文學(xué)生產(chǎn)者的聯(lián)絡(luò)和組織,推動(dòng)國(guó)民黨的文藝運(yùn)動(dòng)和文化目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 第五部分是第四章：梳理和分析右翼文藝期刊成為國(guó)民黨意識(shí)形態(tài)傳播媒介和再生產(chǎn)工具的原因和過(guò)程。文藝期刊作為一種大眾媒介自身的特性,加上政治宣傳動(dòng)員和民族國(guó)家觀念的培育,以及與中共在“文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)”上的爭(zhēng)奪,成為國(guó)民黨出版右翼文藝期刊的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)因。創(chuàng)辦黨報(bào)文藝副刊成為文藝統(tǒng)制的先聲與嘗試,而創(chuàng)辦右翼文藝雜志并以此作為其意識(shí)形態(tài)話語(yǔ)最為重要的傳播工具和再生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)所。 第六部分是論文第五章：立足第一手材料梳理國(guó)民黨書(shū)刊審查及電影審查制度的形成和衰落,聯(lián)系國(guó)民黨的政治統(tǒng)制和文化統(tǒng)制目標(biāo),分析其基本的運(yùn)作方式與其得失。同時(shí),對(duì)書(shū)刊審查制度催生的“雜志年”現(xiàn)象及“雜文”文體的出現(xiàn)做出合乎情理的解釋。 第七部分是結(jié)語(yǔ)：國(guó)民黨民族主義作為一種意識(shí)形態(tài)的多變性和欺騙性,導(dǎo)致其倡導(dǎo)的民族主義文藝在理論和創(chuàng)作上都陷入到雙重貧乏之中,同時(shí)使得文藝審查難以取得預(yù)期的效果。因此,國(guó)民黨的文藝統(tǒng)制是失敗的。
[Abstract]:In the ten years after the establishment of the regime in Nanjing , the Party ' s ideology and strategy are nationalism . In the ten years after the establishment of the regime in Nanjing , the ideology and strategy of the Communist Party of Kuomintang ( KMT ) are very complicated .



This thesis is divided into six parts :



The first part is introduction : this paper introduces the basic current situation and the research motivation of this topic research , and expounds the significance , theory and method of the research .



The second part is the first chapter of the thesis : the ideological basis of the Kuomintang to carry out the system of literature and art is nationalism , and the cultural goal of the ten years after the acquisition of the power is to construct the nationalism as the ideology of one element , trying to promote the legitimacy of the regime and the need of its realistic politics .



The third part is the second chapter of the thesis : combing the relationship between the emergence of the Kuomintang literature and art policy and the construction of the national literature and art system , the relationship between the Kuomintang literary and artistic policy and the " Three People ' s Literature " , " nationalist literature movement " and " popular literary movement " .



The fourth part is the third chapter : to discuss the organization of literary associations and writers . Based on the first material analysis , the " China Art and Art Society " , which is directly founded by the Kuomintang Central Publicity Department , is founded and supported by the party departments at all levels , and the organization strategy of the writers is the " line society " , " Lu Lu " and " Xinyi Society " which are founded by various political forces in the Kuomintang . The literary and artistic associations promote the realization of the cultural and artistic movement and cultural objectives of the Kuomintang through the liaison and organization of literary producers .



The fifth part is the fourth chapter : carding and analyzing the right - wing literature and art periodicals to become the cause and process of the Kuomintang ' s ideological communication medium and the re - production tool . As a kind of mass media , literature and art periodicals , together with the cultivation of political propaganda mobilization and national concept , as well as the competition between the Communist Party and the Communist Party of China in the " cultural leadership " , become the first and practical reasons for the Kuomintang to publish the right - wing literature and art periodicals , and the right - wing literature and art magazines are established as the most important dissemination tools and reproduction places for their ideological discourse .



The sixth part is the fifth chapter of the thesis : Based on the first hand material , combing the formation and decline of the Kuomintang books and periodicals and the film review system , linking the political unification of the Kuomintang and the goal of cultural integration , the basic operation mode and its gains are analyzed . At the same time , the author makes a logical explanation of the phenomenon of " magazine year " and the " essay " style of the book review system .



The seventh part is the conclusion : Kuomintang nationalism , as an ideology ' s multi - variability and deception , leads to its advocacy of nationalist literature and art both in theory and creation , which makes it difficult to achieve the expected effect . Therefore , the Kuomintang ' s literary and artistic unification is failed .
