【摘要】：民國(guó)時(shí)期中央政府牙商法規(guī)和華北各省市地方性牙商法規(guī),起到了承前啟后,繼往開(kāi)來(lái)的作用。這些法規(guī)既有積極進(jìn)步的一面,也有一定的歷史局限性,是明清牙商法規(guī)的繼承與發(fā)展并對(duì)新中國(guó)的經(jīng)紀(jì)人制度建設(shè)產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:In the period of the Republic of China, the central government's laws on tooth merchants and the local laws and regulations of provinces and cities in North China played the role of connecting the past with the future. These laws not only have positive progress but also have some historical limitations. They are the inheritance and development of the laws and regulations of tooth merchants in Ming and Qing dynasties and have a profound influence on the construction of the broker system in New China.
