民國(guó)前期安徽初等教育研究(1912-1927)

【摘要】:教育在人類社會(huì)發(fā)展中占有極其重要的地位,中國(guó)從古至今都有重視教育的傳統(tǒng)。近代中國(guó)社會(huì)出現(xiàn)翻天覆地的變化,中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)教育也面臨著近代化的轉(zhuǎn)型,初等教育是國(guó)民教育的基礎(chǔ),近代中國(guó)新式教育發(fā)展以來(lái),初等教育也隨之發(fā)展。安徽近代初等教育發(fā)軔于19世紀(jì)末葉,清末改革學(xué)制后安徽的初等教育獲得較快的發(fā)展,民國(guó)時(shí)期,安徽省的初等教育有了進(jìn)一步改革與發(fā)展。1912年中華民國(guó)建立后,政府重視教育并大力發(fā)展教育,在民國(guó)初建之時(shí)就頒布了多項(xiàng)教育法令政策,安徽省秉承民國(guó)政府頒布的各項(xiàng)教育法令,大力發(fā)展初等教育并取得了一系列的成果。但當(dāng)時(shí)的中國(guó)社會(huì)很快進(jìn)入了軍閥混戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,社會(huì)秩序混亂,戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)不斷,不利的社會(huì)政治環(huán)境以及軍閥的黑暗統(tǒng)治給安徽的初等教育帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)重的影響,使得這一時(shí)期安徽的初等教育雖取得一定的成果,但總體上因主客觀的原因發(fā)展相對(duì)緩慢。論文從安徽初等教育的發(fā)展背景開(kāi)始研究,大體介紹了中國(guó)從古至今初等教育的發(fā)展概況,從中可以梳理清楚中國(guó)初等教育的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),并且了解到中國(guó)自古以來(lái)對(duì)初等教育的重視,隨之著力探討了民國(guó)前期安徽初等教育的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,主要包括教育法令的實(shí)施、教育行政的完善、初等學(xué)堂的興辦以及新學(xué)制的推行情況,對(duì)于這一時(shí)期安徽初等教育的具體情況也有詳細(xì)的介紹,主要有課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方法、師資情況、教育經(jīng)費(fèi)等方面。此外還論及當(dāng)時(shí)安徽的社會(huì)政治背景、教育環(huán)境以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)初等教育的影響,了解到這一時(shí)期安徽初等教育發(fā)展緩慢以及曲折的歷史原因。因安徽地理位置特殊,與全國(guó)各省市的發(fā)展有很多不同之處,為了更好的了解安徽初等教育的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)于安徽與全國(guó)以及個(gè)別省份的差別也進(jìn)行了個(gè)案研究,主要是探討了當(dāng)時(shí)安徽初等教育的發(fā)展在全國(guó)初等教育發(fā)展中所處的地位,并重點(diǎn)比較了這一時(shí)期安徽與山東初等教育發(fā)展的差別,從中可以看出安徽初等教育發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)。1912-1927年這一特殊歷史時(shí)期安徽的初等教育呈現(xiàn)出獨(dú)特的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,取得了一定的成績(jī)也有很多不足之處,對(duì)這一時(shí)期安徽初等教育進(jìn)行研究,全面詳細(xì)的分析安徽教育取得的成績(jī)以及不足,為當(dāng)代的教育發(fā)展總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Education plays an extremely important role in the development of human society. China's traditional education is facing the transformation of modernization. Primary education is the foundation of national education. Since the development of modern Chinese new education, primary education has also developed. The primary education of Anhui Province began at the end of the 19th century. After the reform of the school system in the late Qing Dynasty, the primary education in Anhui Province developed rapidly. In the period of the Republic of China, the primary education in Anhui Province was further reformed and developed. The government attached great importance to education and vigorously developed education. At the beginning of the Republic of China, a number of educational decrees were promulgated. Anhui Province vigorously developed primary education and achieved a series of results in accordance with the various educational decrees issued by the Republic of China. At that time, however, Chinese society quickly entered into a period of warlordism. The chaos of social order, the constant war, the unfavorable social and political environment and the dark rule of the warlords had a serious impact on the primary education in Anhui. Although the primary education in Anhui made some achievements in this period, the development of primary education was relatively slow because of subjective and objective reasons. From the background of Anhui primary education development, the paper introduces the development of primary education in China from ancient to present, from which we can sort out the development of primary education in China. And understand the importance that China has attached to primary education since ancient times, and then focus on the development of primary education in Anhui in the early period of the Republic of China, mainly including the implementation of educational laws and the perfection of educational administration. The establishment of primary schools and the implementation of the new school system are also introduced in detail in this period of Anhui primary education, including curriculum, teaching methods, teachers, educational funds and so on. In addition, it also discusses the social and political background of Anhui at that time, the educational environment and the influence of economic development on primary education, and finds out the historical reasons for the slow and tortuous development of primary education in Anhui during this period. Because of its special geographical location, Anhui has many differences from the development of provinces and cities throughout the country. In order to better understand the development of primary education in Anhui, a case study has also been carried out on the differences between Anhui and the whole country as well as individual provinces. This paper mainly discusses the status of the development of primary education in Anhui at that time, and compares the difference between the development of primary education in Anhui and Shandong in this period. It can be seen that the characteristics of Anhui primary education development. 1912-1927 this special historical period of Anhui primary education presents a unique development situation, has made certain achievements, but also has a lot of deficiencies. This paper studies the primary education of Anhui in this period, analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of Anhui education in detail, and sums up the experience and lessons for the development of contemporary education.
