【摘要】：保險欺詐的盛行是民國時期一項頗為引人注目的時弊。其欺詐手法因險種的不同而各具特點,保險欺詐對保險業(yè)的正常發(fā)展、民眾生命財產的安全和社會風氣的健全產生了嚴重危害。民國時期保險欺詐的頻發(fā)既有保險行業(yè)自身的特殊性,又與社會經(jīng)濟的不景氣、道德水準的低下和現(xiàn)代觀念的缺失等有著更為直接的因果聯(lián)系。為了懲處和防治保險欺詐,保險界、司法界及政府等有關方面作了多種努力,積累了一定的經(jīng)驗,但終究力度不夠,成效有限,給后人留下了需要進一步思考和解決的重要課題。
[Abstract]:The prevalence of insurance fraud is a noticeable disadvantage in the period of the Republic of China. Its fraudulent practices have different characteristics because of the different kinds of insurance. Insurance fraud has serious harm to the normal development of insurance industry, the safety of people's life and property and the sound of social atmosphere. The frequent occurrence of insurance fraud in the period of the Republic of China is special for the insurance industry itself. In order to punish and prevent insurance fraud, the insurance industry, the judiciary and the government, some efforts have been made, and some experience has been accumulated, but the efforts are not enough, the results are limited and the future needs to be left to the future. An important topic for further thinking and solving.
