【摘要】：1861年9月10日,山東道監(jiān)察御史董元醇所上《奏請皇太后權(quán)理朝政并另簡親王輔政折》,引發(fā)了震驚晚清朝野的滔天巨浪,真可謂是大名鼎鼎。但除此之外,學(xué)界對其則知之甚少。其實,董元醇科舉入仕后,先入翰林,后授山東道監(jiān)察御史,本是清廷一個不稂不莠的中級官員。辛酉政變后,董元醇雖多次上書言事,力圖能夠再次引起最高統(tǒng)治者的關(guān)注,但卻未得到清廷的重任,很快匿跡于政壇,實屬不起眼的小人物。

But beyond that, scholars know little about it. After the Xin you coup, Dong Yuanyu wrote many times, trying to arouse the attention of the supreme ruler again, but he did not get the heavy responsibility of the Qing Dynasty, so he quickly hid himself in the political arena and was a small figure.
