【摘要】：1902年,安立德以美國翻譯生的身份進入中國,之后在上海、福州、臺灣、廈門等地歷任使館相關工作,以副領事、商務參贊的身份游走中國政、商、學界近40年,與北京、上海的上海美國人社群有持續(xù)且緊密的聯系。本文基于斯坦福大學胡佛研究所的安立德個人檔案,勾勒其一生,以此拓展中美關系史研究的視野。
[Abstract]:In 1902, arnd entered China as a translator in the United States, and then worked in Shanghai, Fuzhou, Taiwan, Xiamen and other places. As vice consul and Commercial Counsellor, he wanders Chinese politics and business. In recent 40 years, the academic community has a continuous and close connection with Beijing and Shanghai's Shanghai American community. This article is based on Hu Foyan of Stanford University. The personal archives of Arnold studied their life to expand the vision of the study of Sino US relations.
