【摘要】：1861年鎮(zhèn)江英租界的設(shè)立,對(duì)鎮(zhèn)江近代化發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重大影響。西方列強(qiáng)“不自覺地”從客觀上推動(dòng)了鎮(zhèn)江經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮。與此同時(shí),鎮(zhèn)江社會(huì)內(nèi)部矛盾相隨凸顯。1889年鎮(zhèn)江境內(nèi)爆發(fā)的火燒領(lǐng)事館事件正是各種社會(huì)沖突的典型性產(chǎn)物。本文圍繞這一事件,從租界當(dāng)局、華洋之間、中國(guó)社會(huì)內(nèi)部三個(gè)側(cè)面展開論述,以期揭露清末地方社會(huì)的內(nèi)在矛盾及其復(fù)雜性。
[Abstract]:The establishment of Zhenjiang English concession in 1861 had a great influence on the development of Zhenjiang modernization. Western powers unconsciously promoted the prosperity of Zhenjiang economy. At the same time, the internal contradictions of Zhenjiang society have come into being. The burning of consulates in Zhenjiang in 1889 is the typical product of various social conflicts. Around this incident, this paper discusses three aspects of Chinese society from the perspective of concession authorities, Huayang, and hopes to expose the internal contradictions and complexity of local society in the late Qing Dynasty.
