民族主義的可貴與可愛(ài)——現(xiàn)代中國(guó)國(guó)家認(rèn)同塑造的兩種進(jìn)路

【摘要】:許紀(jì)霖認(rèn)為,民初政治混亂的原因在于國(guó)家權(quán)威缺位,各方政治勢(shì)力爭(zhēng)奪的僅是權(quán)力,而一再錯(cuò)失重建國(guó)家權(quán)威的機(jī)會(huì)。沈潔認(rèn)為,民初的多頭權(quán)威,北洋與民黨、北洋內(nèi)部、民黨內(nèi)部的多重纏斗,致使政治走向無(wú)序和無(wú)休止的爭(zhēng)端。宋宏認(rèn)為,民國(guó)初年的君主立憲論即旨在回應(yīng)國(guó)家權(quán)威缺位的問(wèn)題,有相當(dāng)?shù)拿褚饣A(chǔ),然而面臨著許多難以克服的現(xiàn)實(shí)困難,終歸于失敗。嚴(yán)泉梳理了民初要求地方分權(quán)的省憲主張,認(rèn)為1923年民國(guó)憲法已經(jīng)創(chuàng)設(shè)了一種體現(xiàn)中國(guó)特色的聯(lián)邦分權(quán)制度,然而這種制度建構(gòu)嘗試很快被國(guó)民革命打斷。瞿駿認(rèn)為,現(xiàn)代中國(guó)國(guó)家認(rèn)同塑造過(guò)程中,多看重民族主義之"可貴",并以各種各樣的方式來(lái)全力使民眾知曉民族主義之"可貴",卻較少去普及民族主義之"可愛(ài)"。
[Abstract]:Xu Jilin believed that the reason for the political chaos in the early days of the Republic of China was the absence of state authority, and the political forces of all sides scrambled for only power, and repeatedly missed the opportunity to re-establish state authority. Shen Jie believes that the multitudinous authority in the early days of the Republic of China, the numerous battles between the Beiyang and the Democratic Party, the inside of the Northern Ocean, and the interior of the Democratic Party have led to disorderly and endless disputes in politics. Song Hong believed that the constitutional monarchy in the early years of the Republic of China was designed to respond to the absence of state authority and had a considerable basis of public opinion, but faced with many insurmountable practical difficulties, it ended in failure. Yan Quan combed the province-constitutionalism that called for decentralization in the beginning of the Republic of China, and thought that the constitution of the Republic of China in 1923 had created a federal decentralization system with Chinese characteristics. However, the attempt to construct the system was interrupted by the national revolution. Qu Jun believes that in the process of shaping the national identity of modern China, more attention is paid to the "precious" of nationalism, and all kinds of ways are used to make the people know the "precious" of nationalism, but less to popularize the "lovable" of nationalism.
