【摘要】：至清末,傳統(tǒng)地方治安機(jī)構(gòu)已有名無實(shí)。清政府借鑒西方基層治安治理模式,舉辦警政,開始了中國(guó)從傳統(tǒng)的治安模式向近代警察制度的轉(zhuǎn)變。在基層社會(huì)治安管理組織的演變過程中,紳士發(fā)揮了重要作用,從保甲制度的幕后操縱,到團(tuán)練組織中走向前臺(tái),最終在警政制度中合法化,成為基層社會(huì)的實(shí)際控制者,出現(xiàn)了所謂的紳?rùn)?quán)。伴隨著紳士劣質(zhì)化和紳士角色與作用的變化,紳士由官民中介和調(diào)節(jié)器變成了被革命的對(duì)象。
[Abstract]:By the end of the Qing Dynasty, the traditional local security institutions had become nominal. The Qing government began the transformation from the traditional public security model to the modern police system. In the evolution of the grass-roots social security management organizations, the gentleman played an important role, from the behind-the-scenes manipulation of the Baojia system to the organization of regiment training to the foreground, and finally legalized the police system and became the actual controller of the grass-roots society. The so-called gentry came into being. With the deterioration of the gentleman and the change of the role and function of the gentleman, the gentleman became the object of revolution.
