【摘要】： 1933年,馮玉祥為了反對蔣介石“攘外必先安內”政策,抵抗日軍侵略,擴大自身實力,在中共與西南反蔣派等的協(xié)助下,整合原西北軍舊部與義勇軍,組建察哈爾抗日同盟軍,積極抗戰(zhàn)。察哈爾抗戰(zhàn)成為地方實力派馮玉祥領導的一次重要的局部抗戰(zhàn)。由于蔣介石的分化瓦解與軍事逼迫,察哈爾抗日同盟軍被迫迅即解散,察哈爾抗戰(zhàn)最終失敗。 本文利用蔣介石檔案事略稿本、蔣介石日記等史料,對蔣介石在察哈爾抗日同盟軍的組建、抗戰(zhàn)過程中的態(tài)度及應對措施進行了深入的考察,分析了他力阻察哈爾抗戰(zhàn)的復雜心態(tài)與內在原因及其在應對察哈爾抗戰(zhàn)事件中的得失與影響。本文認為,蔣介石對察哈爾抗日同盟軍與同盟軍的抗日活動表現出了極為復雜的心理,其力阻察哈爾抗戰(zhàn)的原因,除了消除馮玉祥“借抗日之名行反蔣之實”的后患外,更重要的是防止察哈爾抗戰(zhàn)破壞其“攘外必先安內”的既定政策。為了迅速瓦解抗日同盟軍,平息察哈爾抗戰(zhàn),蔣介石經歷了由最初的和平勸阻到軍事逼迫的轉變。察哈爾事件的成功處置,進一步瓦解了馮玉祥的舊部,破除了反蔣勢力南北聯(lián)合計劃,強化了“攘外必先安內”政策的實施。
[Abstract]:In 1933, in order to oppose the Jiang Jieshi's policy of "making peace with the outside", Feng Yuxiang resisted the Japanese invasion and expanded its own strength. With the assistance of the Communist Party of China and the Southwest Anti-Chiang faction, Feng Yuxiang integrated the old units of the former Northwest Army with the volunteers, and formed Chahar's anti-Japanese allies. Active resistance. The Chahar War of Resistance became an important local war of resistance led by the local power faction Feng Yuxiang. Because of the disintegration of Jiang Jieshi and military coercion, the allied forces of Chahar were disbanded immediately, and the War of Resistance was defeated. Based on the historical materials of Jiang Jieshi archives, Jiang Jieshi diary and so on, this paper makes a thorough investigation on the formation of the Allied Army against Japan in Chahar, the attitude and countermeasures of Jiang Jieshi in the course of the War of Resistance against Japan. This paper analyzes the complex mentality and internal causes of the resistance of Chahar and its gain, loss and influence in dealing with the incident. In this paper, the author holds that Jiang Jieshi has shown a very complex psychology to the anti-Japanese activities of the allied forces and allies in Chahar, and the reasons for its resistance to the War of Resistance against Japan are not only to eliminate the hindsight of Feng Yuxiang's "acting against Chiang's truth in the name of anti-Japanese aggression", but also to put an end to the reason for his resistance to Japan. What is more important is to prevent Chahar from undermining its established policy of "making peace with others". In order to quickly disintegrate the anti-Japanese allies and quell the Chahar War, Jiang Jieshi underwent a transformation from initial peaceful dissuasion to military coercion. The successful handling of Chahar affair further disintegrated the old Feng Yuxiang, broke down the plan of the anti-Chiang forces, and strengthened the implementation of the policy of "making peace first."
