【摘要】：抗日戰(zhàn)爭全面爆發(fā)后,重慶成為中國的戰(zhàn)時首都。蔣介石"蜀粵并重"的思想使他始終關注重慶的戰(zhàn)略地位。1935年,蔣介石首次入川,初步確定以四川為民族復興根據(jù)地,并開始著手統(tǒng)一川政,經(jīng)營四川,為后來遷都重慶打下重要基礎。"七七"事變后,處在謀劃和猶豫中的國民政府最終決策移駐重慶。1937年11月20日,國民政府主席林森首遷重慶。國民政府各部、國民黨中央黨部以及各國使節(jié)隨之先后遷渝,重慶戰(zhàn)時首都地位初步形成。1938年12月8日,蔣介石率最高國防軍事委員會進駐重慶。重慶成為戰(zhàn)時中國的政治、軍事、外交中心,重慶戰(zhàn)時首都地位基本形成。1940年9月6日,國民政府定重慶為陪都,重慶戰(zhàn)時首都地位完全形成。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, Chongqing became the wartime capital of China. Jiang Jieshi's thought of "attaching equal importance to Shu and Guangdong" made him pay close attention to the strategic position of Chongqing. In 1935, Jiang Jieshi first entered Sichuan, initially decided to take Sichuan as the base for national rejuvenation, and began to unify the Sichuan government and manage Sichuan. For the later relocation of the capital of Chongqing lay an important foundation. " After the July 7th incident, the final decision of the National Government in planning and hesitating moved to Chongqing. On November 20, 1937, Lin Sen, chairman of the National Government, moved to Chongqing for the first time. The ministries of the National Government, the KMT Central Party Department and the envoys of various countries moved to Chongqing one after another, and the status of Chongqing's wartime capital was initially formed. On December 8, 1938, the Jiang Jieshi led the Supreme National Defense and military Commission to Chongqing. Chongqing became the political, military and diplomatic center of China in wartime, and the status of Chongqing's wartime capital was basically formed. On September 6, 1940, the National Government appointed Chongqing as its capital, and Chongqing's wartime capital status was completely formed.
