【摘要】：郭嵩燾是晚清最早將厘金制度化的人,并親自主持了湖南等省的厘金征收工作。1864年天京陷落后他堅決反對裁撤厘金。郭嵩燾是一個因時而變的人。1875年他受命出使英法,在任駐外使節(jié)期間郭嵩燾對西方經濟社會做了深入細致的考察和了解,其經濟思想有了劇烈的改變,帶有明顯的資本主義色彩,從而主張廢止厘金,發(fā)展資本主義工商業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Guo Songtao was the first person to institutionalize the Li Jin in the late Qing Dynasty, and personally presided over the levying work in Hunan and other provinces. After the fall of Tianjing in.1864, he firmly opposed the abolition of Li Jin. Guo Songtao was a person who was changed from time to.1875, and he was appointed to Britain and France, and Guo Songtao made a thorough and careful study of the western economic society during his incumbent diplomatic envoy. And understand, its economic thought has changed drastically, with obvious capitalist color, so as to abolish Lijin and develop capitalist industry and commerce.
