【摘要】：郭嵩燾是晚清最早將厘金制度化的人,并親自主持了湖南等省的厘金征收工作。1864年天京陷落后他堅(jiān)決反對(duì)裁撤厘金。郭嵩燾是一個(gè)因時(shí)而變的人。1875年他受命出使英法,在任駐外使節(jié)期間郭嵩燾對(duì)西方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)做了深入細(xì)致的考察和了解,其經(jīng)濟(jì)思想有了劇烈的改變,帶有明顯的資本主義色彩,從而主張廢止厘金,發(fā)展資本主義工商業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Guo Songtao was the first person to institutionalize Lijin in the late Qing Dynasty and personally presided over the collection of Lijin in Hunan and other provinces. After the fall of Tianjing in 1864 he firmly opposed the abolition of Lijin. Guo Songtao was a man who changed from time to time. In 1875, he was ordered to send to Britain and France. During his diplomatic service abroad, Guo Songtao made a thorough and meticulous investigation and understanding of the western economic society, and his economic thinking changed dramatically. With a clear capitalist color, thus advocating the abolition of Lijin, the development of capitalist industry and commerce.
