【摘要】：黃炎培曾說(shuō)清末民初40年間,東南有大事,必與趙鳳昌有關(guān)。他如何能夠以一個(gè)閑居滬濱的革職幕僚身份傾動(dòng)?xùn)|南,在清末民初騰驤政路,發(fā)揮巨大的影響力?利用新出版的張之洞檔案等重要資料,可知被革職回籍的第二年,趙鳳昌移居上海,恰巧甲午戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā),正在積極備戰(zhàn)的張之洞便立刻請(qǐng)他利用上海的天時(shí)地利,為自己搜集情報(bào),購(gòu)買槍械。不久,張之洞又調(diào)任兩江總督,對(duì)趙鳳昌言聽計(jì)從。結(jié)果趙鳳昌打著張之洞的旗號(hào)辦事,不僅暢通無(wú)阻,順利高效,而且也與匯聚上海的中外精英打成一片,積攢了豐厚的人脈,從而成為東南社會(huì)的重要人物,能夠隱居幕后、操縱大局。
[Abstract]:Huang Yanpei once said that in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, there was a great event in the southeast, which must have something to do with Zhao Fengchang. How could he move southeast as a dismissed aide who lived in Hubin and exert great influence on Tengxiang political Road in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China? Using important materials such as the newly published Zhang Zhidong file, we can see that in the second year of his dismissal and return home, Zhao Fengchang moved to Shanghai, which coincided with the outbreak of the Sino-Japanese War, and Zhang Zhidong, who was actively preparing for the war, immediately asked him to take advantage of Shanghai's favorable weather and geographical location. Collect information and buy firearms for yourself. Soon, Zhang Zhidong was transferred to the governor of the two rivers, obeying Zhao Fengchang. As a result, Zhao Fengchang handled affairs under the banner of Zhang Zhidong, not only without hindrance, smooth and efficient, but also with the Chinese and foreign elites who had gathered together in Shanghai, and accumulated a rich network of people, thus becoming an important figure in southeast society and able to remain behind the scenes.
